“We stayed here for a family holiday with 9 of us. This house was perfect for everyone to have heaps of space for sleeping, chilling and playing. A beautiful quiet location with a lovely view but close to essentials for food shopping. We opted to cook up over eating out and had everything we needed. A short drive to port Douglas and easy to drive from Cairns. Thank you very much for a great stay. ”

“The communication and ease of booking is excellent . The house is clean and has a lovely look over the beach . It was windy while we were there . I’m not sure if that is usual and you can’t swim in the beach due to crocodiles however it’s stunnng to wake to the sound and look of waves . Great managers of the property! Also no blinds and doors are not solid so you can hear everything”

“This property is exactly what the pictures show. Peaceful, serene, and exceptionally welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The caretaker is a gem, she took care of all the little things that make a stay truly memorable. We needed a cot and blow up mattress for 2 small children, she prepped them and added extras around the home for them to explore as well. The AC and fans in every room kept us very comfortable even in mid summer, and the pool is a perfect relief...

“Newell Beach is the perfect distance from Port Douglas. Close enough to get to it when you need to, but far enough away from the crowds that it feels like your own piece of paradise. The house is wonderfully open and light with a huge deck overlooking the pool and beach. We had breakfast there most days. When the weather was less kind, the kitchen and living areas are huge and have pretty much everything you could want. I highly recommend it”

“The beach Villa was nice. Unfortunately 6 out of 7 days were gale force winds. Their was only 2 afternoons I could sit outside to enjoy a glass of wine and swim in the pool. Improvements definately need to be looked at. For executive villa I would have expected a nice bath tub to relax, a small area of fencing for dog so they don't run down to the beach and get eaten by Croc.The hallway light didn't work from the downstairs,Microwave door didn't close(had to slam it shut).Upstairs bathroom tiles...

“Thank you Unfortunately the photos on the internet are property staged, stylised and interiorly decorated. They present a warm inspiring house. The reality is quite different unfortunately. The house is grotty, the furnishings and some fittings (both indoors and outdoors) are old, dirty, mismatched both in style and colour with random pieces of mismatched furniture throughout. The bed covers are worn and old, all the cushions are worn and old and even dirty. Many wall hangings have been removed...

“We loved our time at Sky bungalow! It was so peaceful that we chose to have two days of staying in, reading, relaxing in the hot tub, bird and butterfly watching and just hanging out. Convenient to Port Douglas where we did some excellent snorkeling and some ocean swimming. Easy trip to Mosman Gorge for a nice cool swim. Would love to stay here again someday! ”

“We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Tiny House. It was not only clean and spacious but also in beautiful surroundings. Keshni was not only very friendly and quick in her communication but also super supportive with tips on things to do in the area. The only area of improvement could be that it would be nice to have some salt, oil and coffee available in the accommodation as otherwise every guest needs to buy it themselves and dispose of it afterwards, which is not very sustainable in my POV. ”
