I see a picture of a yurt and some tents as well as dry camping, how do I make sure I book the right one for my stay?

We have something for everyone, with different levels of amenities depending on the listing. The yurt and glamping tents provide beds with sheets and towels. The Tipi tents provide simple cots without any linens. Our Dry camping sites require you to bring your own tent/bedding/sleeping bags etc. To see all of our listings, click Frank’s profile picture and then click “view all listings”

Is there room in the kitchen for us to bring our food? Is there any place close by to purchase food?
There is a kitchen onsite with dishes, pans, cutlery, coffee maker, electric kettle, propane grills and fridge space for guests’ use. There are grocery stores nearby.

How many people can I bring with me?
By default, your booking is good for up to two guests. Above that there is a $65 per person fee, up to eight for drycamping and up to 4 for the tents and yurt. You can select your number of guests from the booking page.

My friends and I are looking for a place near Coachella and we were wondering how far is the camping site from there?
We are located in Sky Valley, CA, approx 30 minutes from Coachella.

I was wondering if there was a lock on the tent, or anything to keep our stuff safe when we are not in the tent.
The tents have no locks, but our front gate keeps the place secure. Guests are always respectful of each other and we have never had any theft on the property. You may bring a small lock for the tent zipper if you prefer, or just lock your valuables in your car.

I am a little confused about the key app. Am I supposed to download something to get into the place?

We will email you a link to download the NOLD app for the gate key. It is relatively straightforward: click the link in your email to download the app. Once you have the app installed, click the email again and it will load your personal key. It is operated by bluetooth, so make sure your bluetooth is on. By tapping it in the app, the gate should open for you. If you have an issue at the gate, call us and we will be happy to assist.

We don't expect to arrive until 8 or 9pm. is there any way our check-in time could be extended to that time?
Yes, you may check in later. Its just a bit more difficult to get oriented in the dark, but if you're ok with that, its fine.

Is there a time when the hot springs "close"?
No. You can use the hot springs at any time while you’re here.

Are there any specifics we need to know about temperature control?
I will show you or will have someone show you how to regulate temperature once you are here.

Is there air conditioning?
No.

What’s the deal with the waiver?
The Oasis is a private property where our guests can enjoy themselves and recreate freely. It’s a beautiful and safe place to be, but for personal liability purposes you must assume all risk in order to come onto the property.
