“My wife and I got a great deal on this listing, and decided to book before someone else did. We stayed in Sandestin last year on Herron Walk drive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with maybe a few issues. This stay at Sandpiper drive was wonderful. The host was so quick to respond and very friendly. The cleanliness of house was great, and the newer golf cart that we had was awesome. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a worry free vacation...

“the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again”

“The house was very clean when we arrived. It has all the amenities you and your family need. The screened in patio was a great place to hang out on with the weather being as nice as it was. I will be looking to stay at this house again on my next trip.”

“We were told the condo was ready early. We arrived at the condo and weren’t given the right amount of pool bands, property manager fixed it after a call to the office. Overall the condo was good for what we needed, but if you plan to cook a lot or spend much time in the condo I’d skip this one. One of the shower heads is barley hanging on, the bedroom window is cracked, mouse poop in the kitchen cabinet so we didn’t put our food in the cabinets, the right side of the sink is separated from the...

“I have to say this cottage www super immaculate and clean. Super close to the beach with private access. The only thing I suggest to the owners is to have maybe a bit more of tick at least condiments, laundry detergent, and maybe some beach toys. Other than that no complaints. Love the property.”

“Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.”

“We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves.”
