Este condominio de planta baja situado directamente en las hermosas playas del Golfo de México tiene vistas panorámicas, y su propio patio donde se puede caminar directamente a la playa de arena blanca. Con 920 pies cuadrados, disfrutarás de 1 habitación, junto con una alcoba con literas en el pasillo y 1. 5 baños. Este apartamento de la unidad final tendrá capacidad para hasta 6 personas. Cuenta con una sala de estar / comedor con hermosos pisos de madera, una hermosa cocina renovada totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y una lavadora / secadora en la unidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Entonces, venga a disfrutar de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y un área de parrillas a gas para su uso.
Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Almost perfect

it looks like the condo has been updated except the bathrooms. the bathrooms could use updating. they smelled musty and looked very worn. they were outdated and sad. the location is great. parking was easy. on the end so only one neighbor. walk to the beach and pool are crazy short. the beach didn’t have tons of people.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a repeat customer who comes here every year. Fantastic location and beach staff!!! The property is deteriorating, several things in the room were broken (coffee pot, ice maker, etc) and kitchen supplies were limited. Several years ago, I had no complaints. It's time for management to invest a little in the property. Front office staff was condescending and rude during check out.

We’ve stayed there before so checked there first when we decided to go with just 2 weeks notice. It did not disappoint. It’s in a great location and close to the water.we have already made reservations to return in October.

Do not stay in unit 101

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin Beach Club and have stayed many times there. This last time we stayed in 101. We had stayed in this exact unit a couple of years ago and were happy. However, when we went in April of this year nothing has been done to this condo. It was very run down and needs a lot of work. Also, the shower fixtures broke apart and we had to call someone to come and fix it. An older gentleman came and pulled the pipes out and said that he had temporarily fixed the problem enough so we could shower. When my daughter began showering, after about 3-4 minutes, we noticed water pouring across the floor. The kitchen, hallway and part of the living room flooded very quickly. Needles to say, it was a mess.Eventually, they got it figured out but the wet , dirty carpet was a pain and we spent our last night at the beach dealing with this. We won’t return, which makes me sad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited the Destin Beach Club before and love staying here. It is right on the beach and small enough to enjoy peace and quiet with family and loved ones. There are restaurants you can walk to from the beach, or drive to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. and local attractions like Harborwalk Village, go-karts, putt putt golf, shopping, Henderson Beach Park.We love the condos we've stayed at and usually they are well kept, clean, and stocked with many amenities. This particular condo could use a refresher as some items are deteriorating such as baseboards, ceiling, paint, flooring, carpet, furniture, etc. We also had to run an entire dishwasher load of utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware on our first night because they were very dirty with food. The floors were also very dirty upon our check-in. Housekeeping did a re-mop the next day at our request. All other aspects of our stay were amazing as expected.

The location is great and the only reason to stay there.
