Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Paso derecho a su puerta y caminar a la hermosa playa. Usted tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está lleno como el otro condominio de alto aumento en la zona. Y usted tendrá dos sillas de playa y un paraguas esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor a esta unidad de segundo piso Destin Seafarer con 1 dormitorio con cama king size y 1 baño, lavadora y secadora en el condominio, literas de pasillo, sofá cama, WIFI gratuito, cocina totalmente equipada actualizada y sala de estar / comedor que ofrece un balcón privado con vistas al resplandeciente Golfo de México. Juegue en la piscina climatizada frente al mar y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely one bed apartment, right on the beach,uninterrupted view of the beach and gulf. Heated pool, hottest hot tub! Plenty of on site fre parking. Apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed, plenty of space, comfy bed and views! We were a walk in and Jennifer ar the office was a delight, couldn't have been more helpful. If we're in the area again would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Shower was in poor condition, microwave needs to be replaced, not enough room for toilet between sink and shower, luckily are small people but it was a snug fit. We did love the balcony and view. We usually stay at Destin Beach Club but they were full. Beach was great also.

The ice maker was replaced. The refrigerator leaks water inside. The microwave turntable did not fit microwave. The remote would not change channels from sofa. You had to stand right in front of TV. Toilet paper roller should be relocated. The stay was overall perfect!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Unit 103 could use a couple larger tv screens and the bathroom is small but overall it was nicely decorated and very well stocked. we will be back soon!

Need to make sure to bring extra toilet paper, dish soap and trash bags. Construction was taking place and we were aware but coordination between PM and contractor wasn’t great.

Reviewer Comments: Destin is a very beautiful city, but our condo was unfortunately very disappointing. This unit needs a major make over and updated horribly, besides the fact the garbage disposal broke and the electrical sockets coming out of the wall, along with the freezer having a rusty rack and the kitchen sink from 1970 needing replace, I can honestly say I will not ever stay in this unit again.
