Even a stay during spring break week was enjoyable. Beach is clean. Pools areas are nice. The cafe and tiki bar are a great addition to the relaxation of vacation. Condo beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. The location of the resort is perfect to get to all the local hot spots and restaurants. When we decided to add an extra day at the end of our stay, the hosts were quick to respond and get us all set to enjoy one more day of sunshine.

Excellent hosts, condo was the same as the pictures online (wonderful), view from balcony was awesome, fantastic large balcony (sturdy, practical outdoor furniture), decor was beach themed, bright, cheery, cozy). Condo was clean and well maintained. Exceeded my expectations which is not easy to do :)

Condo could not have been any more perfect. The views are amazing, the furniture is comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. One elevator was down during our stay, but it wasn’t that bad - even for the 19th floor! The only reason I might not book again is the beach set up, but that is strictly a resort issue. It’s much too small for the amount of guests so it feels very crowded, which kills the beautiful view!

We loved staying at the Pelican Beach Resort. Great location; great beach; wonderful staff; nice pools and lots of warm weather. We’d go back there in a minute. No problems or down side. The beach umbrella policy is a bit crazy but we managed.

This condo was just like the pics that we’re shown Our family really enjoyed the stay The beach sand is like sugar Beds were clean and comfortable Kitchen had everything I need to prepare meals And the washer : dryer in our condo was a real plus. Also two baths are really nice Thanks so much for providing a beautiful and clean place to enjoy our family vacation

Our host was great. Communication was awesome and we were completely satisfied with our stay. The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived, and everything about the place was exactly as described. We loved the view of the beach and the easy access to it. If you book this property you can rest easy that you will love it.

What an amazing week. We stayed at pelican beach for our honeymoon and we’re very happy with the stay. The managers gave awesome recommendations and tips! They were also very responsive with any questions we had!!! The view was amazing!! Kitchen had everything we needed for what we cooked for ourselves. The bed was comfortable. Showers had decent water pressure. Right next to the main elevator. We were able to park in covered parking every night-not too busy.

Our family came down to Destin for a relative's wedding. Our condo was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful view of the beach and surrounding area from our balcony, which we enjoyed daily. The few questions we had were addressed promptly from the owners, which was certainly appreciated. The property offers many ammenities, which made our stay even better. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Overall we liked the condo and location. Very nice balcony. Two bedrooms was very important to us and it worked out well. Spacious condo. The only critique I have is that it was not as up to date as we thought based on pics. Condo had a bit of wear. If you want a perfect nice and fresh place, this is not for you. If you don't mind the little things that are not perfect it is a great place. You should be aware that the floors are all hard surfaces and after a day or two the sand gets everywhere. Need to keep up on quick sweeps to manage that. The resort was very much family friendly. Some days at the pool it was too many younger kids. Hard to get time in hot tub with all of the kids. Loved sitting by pool and then walking straight out to the beach. The only downside for our trip is the building next door is being renovated and it was really loud at times. It would start around 8 am and go to 5pm Mon - Fri. It got annoying at times.

Very clean and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. Comfortable beds was a huge plus! Kris was very responsive and answered any questions. We had a wonderful vacation with our 3 children.

The overall property was as expected. What I didn't take into consideration was being on the 19 th floor. Cons were kids running around the hallways at night and the hooping and hollering in the pool area, the sound carried . No peace there. It was mostly family and small children. Very small beach area because of the way the chairs and umbrellas were set up but that is the way they do it. I did appreciate getting away with my daughter but we could have used a more quieter location, that was on me I guess. We did find some good restaurants.

We had a very nice family Vacation at Pelican Resort. We stayed at this resort in April and really was impressed with it. The resort was well maintained and seemed to be mopped frequently. The elevators worked great. The pools were clean and only a short walk to the beach. The tiki bar was located right by the pools and on the way to the beach. It was nice to be able to order food there.
