Beach view was unmatched! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The showers/tub had great water pressure, the ice machine worked, and most items were stocked that we needed (especially dishes). Easy access to the beach and plenty of things locally to enjoy. The onsite pools were plentiful. The gym was small but had all the necessities. I would book again 10/10! My family fit comfortably (2 adults & 4 children under 12 years old). My whole family enjoyed the trip.

THE VIEW was breathtaking!! We couldn't get enough of it from the two balconies and floor to ceiling windows!! The condo too was beautiful and perfectly furnished!! The people at the resort were very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend this condo!!!

People above us were throwing a fishing lure with hook off the balcony and almost got us a few times. Condo below, HEAVY pot smokers could not sit on the main balcony our entire stay!

Best Condo Ever!

Awesome ocean front views, corner room . Living room and master bedroom balcony. Exceptionally clean. All the appliances were high end and worked great. Location is perfect. Everything you need is super close. Numerous choices of resturants, groceries, and liquor all in a 10 mile radius. The tiki bar and cafe on site were great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the beach chair service, Ivar was awesome, definitely book ahead to get front row! My husband and i are in our early sixties, we took my mom, 83 and our grandson, 15. It was perfect for all of us and zero complaints. You won't regret booking this condo

Beautiful condo with spectacular views!

We loved the condo we stayed in! Corner unit with beautiful views from all rooms! The condo was freshly decorated, nice bath linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals.Our condo was the envy of two other families staying in different condos!!While visiting, we made the trip to the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola - amazing! We rented a pontoon for the day to visit Crab-island and navigated the back bay. Was definitely a highlight.The rest of the week was spent relaxing at the pool and beach, and daily beach walks.We will definitely return!!

Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo and we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestions is to have a rug as you come inside the condo so you don’t track in sand. Also bigger bath mats would be wonderful. Overall it is a must stay and I will definitely remember this next year.

Pelican Beach

The condo went rented was clean and nice. Not the biggest or fanciest but it was as advertised, the views made up for the size. Once you were in the condo it was fine but the property overall is tired and crowded. We were in a corner unit beachside and could see everything. But downstairs was just gross. The elevators are dirty and beat down, the “lobby” is plain and gross. You go out a sliding glass door to get to the pools and beach and there’s one small bathroom next to the door to service 3 swimming pools and the men’s room was out of service the entire time we were there so basically the pools were urinals. The beach is beautiful as well as the water. I did really like the way they do the beach setups. If you don’t want to rent a setup you can bring your own chair/ umbrella but you have to put it behind the rentals. I will say security was very present and didn’t mind telling people that they could not put their personal things in front of the rentals. They also heavily monitored to see if people had the resort bracelets on. IMO the clientele was a little rough and we even witnessed a fight between some people on the 3rd floor with people in the pool below that was extremely loud and vulgar with children present. We could hear it from the beach. I personally would not stay at Pelican Beach again. I’d drive the extra hour to Seaside. It overall wasn’t a relaxing beach vacation.
