  • Come enjoy the penthouse level condo at Destin Gulfgate. Being on the top floor the unit offers high ceilings and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also quieter than other units as there is no one above you! This well maintained and renovated unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, stand alone ice machine in the wet bar area and 65" smart flat screen TV in the living room. The unit sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, 2 queen in the spacious 2nd bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This top floor unit boasts thirty foot by eight foot private balconies. Destin Gulfgate has some of the largest beach frontage in Destin making your beach experience less crowded. The property also has a zero entry pool that is heated during the shoulder seasons. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental (March 1 through the Sunday after Thanksgiving). This condo is non-smoking. For monthly reservations in this unit, please contact the Destin Gulfgate office directly.

Family Spring Break 25'

Great property, relaxed, helpful, steps away from the beach, great view which also included dolphins daily. Lisa at the front desk was amazing as was Peter down by thebeach.

Wonderful Time!

My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary and loved the beautiful condo. We loved the Destin area and had beautiful accommodations. We appreciate our Host and the early check in. We look forward to coming back again.

The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The overall feel was calming and very relaxing.

I have never done VRBO and David was a pleasure to rent from. He was extremely accommodating and I would Definitely stay here again. Most beautiful condo my mom and I have stayed in… thank you, David!

Wonderful Week

We really enjoyed our week in David's condo. The location is ideal, the view is outstanding, the beach is gorgeous, and the beach chairs and umbrella supplied were wonderful. The condo itself was clean, well supplied, and very enjoyable. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Destin. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great stay!!

Great stay. Great location. Owner very responsive to any concerns. View was unreal. Beach was not crowded. The private beach was a huge plus. Would absolutely stay there again!!

Great Vacation!

My family and I had a perfect week in Destin! The condo was in a perfect location where everything we needed and wanted to do was just minutes away and the view was awesome. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend! Thanks again David!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It is extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location is perfect- beautiful beach and great pool. David was great and easy to communicate with also. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

This is our second year staying at Gulfgate 1105 and we are already talking about coming back! The condo is amazing and the view is beautiful!!

Great property - Great location

The condo was lovely and very spacious. The lanai was perfect with comfy chairs and loungers. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to stay later in the day since we had a late flight. I can not say enough good things about this listing. Perfect.

Great place! Great view!

Gulfgate is a great place to stay and David was incredible to work with. I love the beach chair setup and the overall grounds and pool. The condo was very nice and the view was incredible! The decor was beautiful and it was so great to know David was available at any time if needed. He takes great pride in making sure your family has a great stay which is why I would recommend anyone stay here.
