Coral Reef Club es un destino favorito recientemente renovado y más encantador que nunca.

Esta propiedad está ubicada directamente en el Golfo de México, en el corazón de Destin, a poca distancia de las tiendas y de algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Destin. Esta propiedad está a un corto trayecto en coche del parque de atracciones Track y del parque acuático Big Kahunas. Tome paseos románticos en la playa! Disfrute de las puestas de sol! El Coral Reef Club es un pintoresco complejo de condominios de tres pisos que cuenta con piscina, tejo y parrillas de carbón. La zona de playa incluye más de 300 pies de prístina frente a la playa con un césped del lado del golfo y servicio de playa estacional.

Este hermoso condominio de 1 dormitorio ubicado en el segundo piso se abre a su propio balcón privado para disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas de la arena blanca y cristalina y hermosas aguas de color verde esmeralda. Usted puede mirar a través de las dunas de arena blanca a la playa que parece como su propia playa privada! ¡Disfrute de sus dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla que está preparada y esperándole! (Servicio de playa es de temporada) Usted y su familia están seguros de disfrutar cada minuto aquí en el Coral Reef Club, donde el personal de recepción y los encargados de la playa están dispuestos a ayudarle de cualquier manera.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great! I would say this unit needs a new mattress in the bedroom. It leans to one side especially in the left top corner so sleeping on it wasn’t the easiest. My husband put pillows underneath the mattress in that corner so that did help a bit. Otherwise everything else was wonderful! Loved the location!

There is not a clock anywhere except the stove. If I would of been with my family, I would of asked to be moved to another unit.

Quick Get Away

The girl in the office called to let us know that the rental was ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived in town, which was perfect because we were trying to figure out what to do for the hour we had before check in. This location can’t be beat! Small complex right on the beach with only three stories. The unit we stayed in (22) is a second-floor unit right in front of the elevator. The vacation rental was clean (even with carpet) the air conditioner was cold and kept the rooms comfortable. The night we arrived we watched a rainstorm from the balcony and the view was amazing. Beach service was set up by 7am and the guy kept an eye on our stuff while we went back and forth to our room for different things. The only addition I would make would be an outside door mat so you can wipe your feet before entering the rental to keep the sand to a minimum. We were more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I definitely would recommend this vacation rental!

Renter beware!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent. We have stayed at Coral Reef before and were pleased. Unit #22 should not be in the rental program. The unit is substandard and was in serious need of repair and updating. For example a rubber mat in the kitchen covered a sunken portion of the floor with damaged tile. The sliding glass door was foggy and blurred the beautiful view of the gulf. Coral Reef is a great place as long as you are careful and rent an updated unit.

Reviewer Comments: The vacation was fine because the weather was perfect & Destin restaurants were terrific. Our rental unit was easily the most disappointing we've ever had due to the poorly maintained unit and outdated furnishings and finishes.

The condo was kinda very old & carpet was not fresh! It didnt have a safety lock to entrance door. The back sliding doors were too tight to lock. Dishes soap was not given. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and loved being steps away from the beach! The condo could use some small updates, but considering it’s a rental property, there was nothing in desperate need of repair, and it was very clean. The only downside to the stay is that the walls/floors are thin. There was a young child staying in the unit above us and we could hear them running back and forth each night, and one night we were getting ready for bed and could hear the neighbors next to us taking. Nothing unbearable, but it you are looking for total peace and quiet on your vacation, it’s just something to consider. Overall, a great stay and the location was definitely worthy of a repeat visit.

Fantastic beach location

This location can’t be beat! Small complex right on the beach. Beach service was set up by 8AM ! The unit we stayed in (22) is a second floor unit right off the elevator. It could use some updating but was clean (even with carpet) and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great.

Awesome view with ease to the beach

Closest condo I have ever rented on the beach. Literally took elevator down and a few steps I was in sand.
