  • Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring and tile flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Corian counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Loved our stay

This was our first trip to Destin. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay here again!

The quiet hours they.have in place from 9am to 9pm ensured you were able to rest and relax without being woke up to loud people or noise. We love this place and wil definitely be a returning guest!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was clean and quiet. The guest/2nd bathroom shower in unit 312 did not have cold water and the vent fan did not seem to be working well. That bathroom was very warm following showers. I have stayed at another unit in this complex and would probably not stay in this unit again.

The only drawback to the condo was the king size mattress. It was so wallowed out you slept in a deep hole. We stuffed extra pillows under the mattress to try to level up the mattress. That is my only complaint.

Wonderful Stay at Hidden Gem in Destin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has visited Destin Beach Club three times now, over the last four years. We really love it. It's a bit older than some of the other condos in the area, but you CANNOT beat the private beach and direct access. We've not found anything like it anywhere else. This unit was our favorite so far. It has recent updates and was very clean. The office and management staff are always nice and helpful. The beach set up is such a huge help, and when we asked about sitting near our family members in other units, it was accommodated so nicely. Every day, our three units had set ups next to each other. We highly recommend Destin Beach Club in general to people looking for a beautiful beach experience, and unite 312 is one of the best units.

3 floor apartment breathtaking

This condo was on the 3rd floor it was spacious, extremely clean and it had easy access to an elevator which is a plus when you have multiple bags to carry. Front beach access with amazing views from the balcony. The pool was heated and it was perfect after expending the day at the beach. It had umbrellas and chairs available at all times at the beach. I will give a 5 star to all the employees working at this properly well maintained. I would definitely return.

Only issue was the bath/shower unit had very tall sides and getting out was a bit tricky. Almost fell out a few times.
