    Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with elegant white granite countertops, stainless steel and white appliances, and a large, comfortable living area with ample seating, TV, and DVD player—perfect for winding down after a day on the water.

    The home features four king bedrooms, each with its own TV, plus a fifth bedroom with two twin beds, making it ideal for families and groups. Multiple outdoor spaces invite you to relax, including an upper deck with scenic views and a lower deck right by the water.

    Enjoy a private pool, direct canal access, and your own boat dock with slips accommodating vessels up to 27 feet. With kayaking, boating, and a private beach just steps away, this home is truly a water lover’s paradise.

Boaters Dream House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean when we checked in. The propane tank for the grill was empty but the management company was quick to replace it. The house is in a great location, a quite neighborhood and close to the beach access.

Truly a boaters paradise

Location was amazing. very short walk to private beach. Bikes were a plus! Just a few recommendations for the next renters: bring blankets, because the comforters are as thin as sheets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group had the best experience staying at Boaters' Dream house. We loved the house and felt that it was very clean. Also, customer service for Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals were super helpful with the questions I had leading up to the trip. All in all I cannot complain! It was good to know from other reviews about the house not offering additional blankets. We brought some and were glad! Great house that I will definitely consider booking again in the future!

The rooms were clean, the location was easy to find and close to the beach, and the pool was lovely. There was ample space to sit and sleep and the AC worked well. My only caveats: we wished there were more towels available, as we had to reuse towels for the duration of the stay (more times than we'd like). Also, the pool was super super warm, not very refreshing, although I'm not sure there's anything they could do about that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice house but needs some upgrades

Location was great and perfect to bring our boats to travel to Crab Island, but the house is definitely in need of some upgrades. Ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom didn't work, upstairs windows aren't sealed, kitchen drawers off track and dishwasher was questionable. Also some issues with TV remotes in a few of the bedrooms. Pool wasn't cleaned until 2 days after we arrived - - also thought it was strange that there was a 6 person limit on the deck above the boat dock (it was pretty shaky!). We did have great response from property managers when we had an issue with the door code and missing hair dryers.

This home is perfectly nestled in the middle of everything to enjoy. We appreciated being away from the busy Hwy 98 or 30A traffic. It was perfect for our boating needs. Easy walk to the beach and a wonderful pool that we enjoyed with the littles. Appreciated the fences to keep them safe as well. Beautiful cruise to nearby crab island with our boats. Saw a huge sea turtle swimming up the channel from the upper deck while enjoying some cocktails. Very comfy beds and living area. Was hard to leave!!
