Perfect for a long weekend

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend (myself, husband and 3yo daughter). The location was perfect and we enjoyed being on the top floor for a perfect view. The only thing I would say is the space is pretty outdated compared to others we have visited in this resort. Nothing to necessarily take away from the trip, but little things that either looked old/dingy or even dirty. I love this resort, but this unit wasn't our favorite.

Perfect for us

I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL the staff are at this facility. Polite, friendly gracious everyone we came in contact with from the staff to the owners. People were top notch. The facility itself is an older facility thus was more affordable. I would recommend some updates to the condo itself. The bed is terrible. Worn out and you roll to the middle. We just laughed about it but by the end of the week both had back problems. The couch in the lR is the same. You fall to the middle. The bathroom is ONLY for one person at a time and the doors make it difficult to use the bathroom. We honestly were there for the beach so it served it purpose. It just could use some updates. Kitchen was great and newly updated Had everything we needed. And again the staff…FABULOUS

Ocean view getaway

Very clean, management was extremely kind and helpful. Great location, right on the ocean. Pool was kept clean. Rooms very clean and great size. Great view of the ocean. Easy checking and checkout.

Nice location could us updating unit needed deep clean.

The picture made the unit look nicer than it was. It needed deep cleaned and updated and everything needs painted. The door was a mess, bathroom sink didnt drain. Luckily we were there for the weather and beach which were both fantastic. Was a good trip but unfortunately the unit was not as it appears in pictures. Elevators could use some work other than that the facility, building and people were nice.

Little details

The view is perfect!!!!! It stated that it was newly renovated-I think it applied 2 the kitchen only. The walls really needed to be painted bad. Marks just about on every wall. there is hole in the kitchen floor. The table is is pushed against the wall so you can only use 2 chairs. BRING YOUR OWN ICE. We were there a week & we only got maybe 20 ice cubes. Make sure you bring all beach necessities if you don't get beach service. Overall our experience was very nice. Like I said just the little things that go along way. Again the VIIEW is top notch.

Good location, unit needs work

The location of the property, staff and having beach chair service was great. The unit we stayed in was disappointing. It needs repairs and updating. Door keypad would not work so we had to use a key, which just a pain to keep up with. Threshold at the door is black/ rotting. Carpet and tile and in poor condition, ceiling needs to be repaired and furniture, bedding/ mattress were not very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were renovations being completed in other units while we were there so no quiet time before 5pm. I would consider another unit in the property, but would not stay at 709 again.

Online info states we have to bring toliet paper, paper towels trash bags, etc and yet those were provided!. May want to update your info to Match! Shower/Tub is pretty dated. Took off all jewelry because if anything dropped down the drain it would have been gone. Big hole. Otherwise kitchen was great and view was spectacular!

Great location and views, ok interior

I really wanted to like this property. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but the Interior is dated and hospital feeling. I didn’t feel relaxed or comfortable because of how cold it felt. I didn’t realize it was more like a hotel than an actual condo by owners. Usually they have simple things like salt and pepper but it really only has hardware for cooking. The main lobby smells like pesticide from raid. It smells like the roach spray but I think it is just the type of scent they purchased. Gave me a massive headache each time I walked in because it was so strong. The staff were super nice and the free chairs on the beach was a plus. Would recommend updates to the place for the amount of money spent.

Fantastic place to vacation

Just what we were looking for, clean, very well managed, simple, smaller site which is nice compared to mega high rise places, beach front, quiet and secluded, tennis, pool, and a good well mannered clientele. Everything in the condo worked well and was properly maintained. I would easily stay at this place in the same unit again!!!
