Good stay

We were impressed with how easy the process was from start to finish. The only issues were the main bathroom fixtures need work. The toilet fill valve runs continuously as does the tub faucet. Otherwise the place was very nice. The location is very close to places that we wanted to go to. Overall good place.

Wonderful condo!!

The condo was perfect for our trip of 7. Everything was clean including bedding, towels, and furniture. The back patio door was a little hard to open but no biggie at all. The area is absolutely gorgeous and only steps to the beach!! The area marked out for the condo on the beach isn’t very big so get there early to set up! 10/10 will be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property booking, confirmation and stay was good, location is great. However, to my disappointment, this property needs lots of updating, from the old, over used furniture to the kitchen utensils from the the 80s, very minimal pots and pans. The bathrooms needs simple updates for the price that they are charging.

Unit was clean. Old unit. Dishwasher did not work. We used as an overflow for a family reunion, so it wasn’t a big problem. Needs major updating inside.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with this condominium. It’s in need of serious repairs and updates. Carpets, throw pillows and furniture were stained. Bathroom fans, and shelves were rusted. Missing baseboards, scraped paint. It had a bad odor. Needs new coffee maker. Had issues with toilets flushing. However, it was clean which is a plus. Location was great.

First timers

Checking into property was easily accessible from the instructions received. Beach access was within easy walking distance and private access was a plus! The door handle on sliding door was broken and made opening and closing door difficult. There were a few other things that could be updated but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised. One fold out sofa bed was unsleepable due to broken springs and head dropped down a few inches. Made a pallet on the floor of cushions. Other than that it was quite, clean, and close to beach

Reviewer Comments: First off let me say that we enjoyed our stay at this condo...With that being said, the condo was comfortable and if there was an issue (we had one with the AC), it was addressed quickly and without any issue.The condo was nice, but as other that have stayed, it truly needs some updating. Understanding that we were out of the condo for the majority of the time, it could have really nice.Beach access was easy enough. We were told by the "security guard" on the beach that we had to go to one side of the beach as the other side was for the guests at the condo's on the beach. It didn't say anything about which side we needed to go to in the house manual or on the website. Ultimately, we went where we wanted to go - it was just a little annoying.Thank you,H. Selsky
