Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de condominios de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Sal por tu puerta y camina hacia la hermosa playa. Tendrás tu propia playa privada que nunca está llena como los otros condominios de gran altura en el área. Y tendrá dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el elevador a este condominio tipo loft de dos pisos con pisos de baldosas y alfombras. Este amplio condominio cuenta con 2 habitaciones con camas king size y 2 baños. Desde la sala de estar / comedor, tiene una vista panorámica de las playas desde su balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México. El salón también tiene un bar muy agradable y un sofá cama para su uso. Arriba, el dormitorio principal se abre a un segundo balcón privado con vistas a la playa. El baño principal también tiene un balcón muy privado con vista a la ciudad. Usted tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito y una cocina actualizada totalmente equipada. Venga a jugar en la piscina climatizada frente a la playa y el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.

Awesome Place to Vaca

The unit is older and does need updating however we would stay again.

Only needs more toilet paper and some dish soap but other than that we are always so happy to be there. Unfortunately it’s our last due to the cost of the condo rising every year. We will miss it greatly:(

Beach is amazing but the condo needs updating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach and location. I loved the pool and the spa. The condo has old decor and many things like the blinds are broken and the flooring especially the carpet needs replacing. The carpet is dirty. 5 of the vertical blinds we’re missing so the bedroom is not private and light shines through. The front door does not work properly. Broken tiles on floor. But it has a great location and the pool chairs have been updated and nice. The pool decking should be replaced and is looking old. I would stay here again just not this condo unless it’s repaired.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start out by saying we really like staying at Destin Seafarer. They staff is wonderful and you can’t beat the location. I do not want this review to reflect on Destin Seafarer as a whole, just this unit. Seafarer has many nice units even though it is an older property. We stayed in unit 214 for 2 1/2 months and this was our 2nd year in this unit. The location of the unit is nice (it is an end unit). The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. The unit needs to be updated especially the furniture, very uncomfortable. Circuit breaker in downstairs bathroom kept tripping which affected the outlet in upstairs bathroom. This happened last year and they attempted to fix it. Kitchen light kept going off. Maintenance fixed it but by the time we left it was doing the same thing again. When we arrived there were two water leaks coming from the ceiling which maintenance put a ‘bandage’ on with plans to repair once we left. Just a lot of little things which all add up. Owners of this unit really need to give it some TLC. We will stay at Seafarer again just not in this unit, unless it gets some updates

Seafarer 214

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs a lot of work. The bathrooms were not very clean when we checked in but the management took care of that immediately. Shower door in down stairs bathroom is not anchored to the frame. It is dangerous. The vertical blinds upstairs and downstairs have multiple missing slates—-they need to be replaced. The upstairs air conditioner can not keep the room cool without using additional fans. I will say the management was very helpful and tried to address the problems they could address. This place needs the carpet replaced it is filthy. Cleaning won’t help. This unit is ideal in location but needs some TLC. We have stayed at Seafarer for 10 years and were unable to get the unit we usually stay in. We will not be renting 214 again.

Maintenance guy called manager and got us another unit. Much smaller and only 1 bathroom but more updated.

Front office helpful.What we didn't like about #214 Bathtub almost completely stopped up. Mash did come and remedy problem. Entrance light burned out. Mash tried to replace, none in stock. Down stairs toilet seat entirely TOO cheap. Caulk job around tub needs redone, doesn't leak but looks horrible. Back sliding shower door not on bottom rail. Overall we were satisfied with lower floor. Can not rate upper level, other couple stayed up there.

Needs some work

I would have left a 5 star but there were a few things wrong with the condo. The balcony door didn't lock and there was a stick to brace it with. I tried to use the jacuzzi tub, turned the jets on and black stuff came out of them, all in my water. The to holder in the upstairs bathroom was broken and had to be replaced when I told mgt about it. Said it had been that way a long time. The little sink in the corner bar was leaking all under it. They had a small bowl under it to catch the water. Other than these things it was great, great location, only steps from the beach, literally! Mgt was friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent again, if they fix the issues.

Amazing location.

Amazing location and accommodations. The upstairs was perfect for the parents to get away. We loved the 2 balconies! You cannot get closer to the ocean. The only way it could have been better is if it was a walkout condo. The kids loved the pool. There is a great grass courtyard.

Beautiful beach/ocean view! Perfect location!

We loved this unit! Right on the beach with a great balcony and view! Very clean. A Bedroom and balcony upstairs was a nice change from other condos. Walked to The Back Porch for lunch several times since it was right down from us. Convient location in Destin!
