    Esta casa de pueblo recientemente renovada frente al golfo tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas. Camina hacia la playa desde tu puerta trasera. No arrastre su equipo por un elevador o al otro lado de la calle. Usted está allí. Los niños pueden entrar y salir de la casa a su conveniencia. Observe la salida del sol y se pone desde uno de los 3 balcones. La casa está ubicada en el Scenic 98 cerca del Capitán Dave. Está a media milla en cualquier dirección desde Pompano Joes y Crab Trap.

    Una vez dentro, inmediatamente se verá atraído por la increíble vista al mar que se destaca por la gran pared con ventanas de la sala de estar. Esta casa de 3 pisos bellamente decorada cuenta con un gran espacio abierto con sofás grandes y muchos asientos para todos. Hay un área para comer estilo banquete que se ajusta al menos a 8 y otra mesa de juego separada para 4. Hay mucho espacio para que toda la familia se relaje, juegue, vea la televisión y coma juntos. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para las comidas en casa. También hay una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia.
    Arriba hay un hermoso dormitorio principal. Puede disfrutar de una increíble vista panorámica del golfo desde la cama king size o desde el balcón privado. Hay un baño principal completo con dos lavabos también. También arriba hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales extra largas y un baño completo. Finalmente, hay una habitación con literas con un juego de literas.

    A nivel de playa hay un dormitorio con una cama king size y baño completo. También hay otra sala de estar que incluye un sofá cama y una zona de bar con TV, máquina de hielo y una nevera pequeña. Esto es ideal para bebidas rápidas y comidas desde la playa.

The home was in a perfect location! Great for kids and families! It was great waking up and running straight down to the beach/sand. We wish it had stairs on the main level to access the beach from both levels like other townhomes but still works. The home came with bare minimum- nothing extra, not even a cleaning sponge or 1 single beach towel- come prepared. All in all, we loved the place and would go back, location was great!

Amenities were good. Cook ware is not so good. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. Layout was very good. Location is great. Could stand a deep cleaning. We enjoyed our family time.

This was an incredible condo! The views were spectacular, common areas were extremely spacious and it was very clean and well decorated! The beach view from the main living room was jaw dropping! The deck view was also amazing! We saw dolphins 3 days during our trip from the deck, so incredible and relaxing! Not to mention that you are just feet from the beach! Loved every minute of it! I highly recommend this rental!

Easy check in, great location, comfortable furniture, everything we needed to cook a few meals. Dryer was painfully slow and we never found the switch for the disposal.

Great stay!

This is a great property, right on the water. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a week of relaxing, taking in the views and having fun. Plenty of space for everyone. Internet was great as well. I would book again without thinking twice.

First family visit to Destin

This was our 1st family visit to Destin. The condo was as described in the listing. The private beach was exactly what it said...private. So nice to never have to worry about a spot on this beautiful beach! Also having restaurants within walking distance was nice. We will definitely be returning on future vacations!

EVERYTHING about the house and location was PERFECTION!!

The house was very clean, great floor plan for our needs and ALL the amenities we needed. The location and private beach were AMAZING!! The security guard on the beach was a bonus and gave us a peace of mind. We are already planning our next trip HERE!! We are one happy and satisfied family from Oklahoma! Thank you so much!!

Family time

The property was very nice for the most part! The downstairs area was suppose to be king bed and ended up two twin! Rented to have separate area for a small family! Still nice just miss leading.

Amazing Location, Comfort, and Features

Our goal for the week was to walk a few steps, sit on the beach and de-stress. Mission accomplished! We will definitely be return visitors. One cool bonus was free beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) - one less thing to worry about! The stretch of beach is private (with security). Furnishings were all in great condition. No complaints from us!

We stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights 5 days. It was my husband, son (15), daughter and her best friend (both 11). I was VERY pleased with the communication. SeaStar Lewis was awesome. The townhouse itself was spacious, clean and had what we needed. Couches were comfy, 3 decks were awesome, everything worked, dishwasher door was a little wonky but still worked so who cares, and they indeed have "soft, fluffy towels". The kids said that their beds were comfortable. The best thing, and the reason why we came to Destin, was to go to the beach. I found a couple of condos that were a bit cheaper. They had pools. After discussing with my husband we chose the townhouse. We have a pool, but if you don't I STRONGLY encourage you to do this townhouse. It is ON the beach. You walk out the lower level door onto a deck, down your private ramp, right onto the sand. The beach is there with your chairs and umbrella waiting. NO lugging a wagon full of crap out your condo door, down a hallway, to wait for an elevator with random strangers. No trucking it back to your condo because someone is thirsty or you ran out of sunblock. No getting to the beach before 9 AM so save your spot. At this townhouse, you get to the beach when you want. The beach is private. It's a quick run up to the townhouse for anything missed. I was also comfortable with the kids running to the townhouse by themselves, I could see them and its just so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Green Reef 3, it was extremely close to the beach, and provided almost everything that we would need. We did find a dead cockroach which made me wonder where the other ones were hiding and a majority of the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms had too much area for us to see through, so please property owners, get solid doors for the bathrooms and bedrooms. But, the location, the fact that there were chairs and an umbrella on the beach and that it was private, was incredible. We won't stay at this particular unit again because it was weird that you could see people when they were in the bathroom or in their bedroom but there are a lot of other amazing units in the complex that we could come back to. Be aware that the hot water in the kitchen doesn't work well so you feel like your dishes aren't getting clean if you are washing them by hand. All in all, great location, private beach, we had what we needed and every complaint is minor.
