The area was quiet but close to everything. The house was perfect for us with a place to gather and hideaway when needed. The backyard and pool were perfect for us when the beach was too windy.

Family Christmas with 6 adults and 5 kids ages 5-16. Plenty for space. Backyard was amazing. Golf cart sunset cruising was awesome.Evan and Orna were amazing hosts with great communication every step of the trip. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place in Destin!

Destin family vacation

Our trip was wonderful with this house offering all of the amenities that are needed. Evan was very responsive to all of our needs. We had no problems with the house whatsoever. The pool was refreshing and fun for my 10 grandchildren. With 17 people we had plenty of room. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

A perfect 10!

Our stay was amazing. Our hosts thought of everything, pack and play baby items to ice cream makers for the older kids. The game room and golf cart were a big hit, as well as the cruiser bikes. The rooms were all lovely with comfy beds and ample bathrooms. The proximity to Destin’s lovely beach was great as well Thanks, Evan you did not disappoint

Family memories made!

Do not hesitate to choose this house for your stay in Destin. The hosts literally think of everything to make your stay easy. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were heavenly and the outdoor space was awesome. We all loved the pool and outdoor space. The game room in the garage was a bonus and we LOVED using the golf cart. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Thank you for family memories I’ll treasure.

Paradise!!

This property has everything you dream of. We came with our family of ten people. We had plenty of room to enjoy playing, eating, gaming and relaxing. Everyone had enough space for quiet time if needed. This house provides absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and necessities for everyday living. Our family of 17 had a great week at Stingray Getaway! We had plenty of room! We had a problem with the air conditioning one day, but Evan was wonderful and had it taken care of the same day. 10-Star Property!

After reading all the complimentary reviews our family is wholeheartedly unanimous in rating Stingray Getaway as outstanding in every way. This property is stunning, not your typical beach house and full of amenities. I would give it 10 stars for cleanliness, condition, comfort and one of the best stocked kitchens. With 3 generations of family this property had room to spare for 8 adults and 7 kiddos from 4-11. Comfy beds, lovely backyard and a big hit with a real game room. Extra pluses were the golf cart, bicycles and larger than average pool. I've saved the best for last.The outstanding and responsive communication with Evan.Thank you so much for making our vacation truly stellar!

Favorite VRBO

Upon arrival the property was very clean and beautifully decorated. So much thought was put into this vacation getaway! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes for our party of 12. We cooked many meals together, and I appreciated that there were extra spices, coffee, pods, and all the utensils you would need to cook a fabulous meal. The outdoor space gets a 10 out of 10! The private pool was our favorite thing about this home. It was so great we never wanted to leave! There were plenty of different seating arrangements to enjoy the outdoor ambience. At night, the party lights added charm to the space. On our last night, we used to fire pit to make s’more’s with our grandkids and that was a really nice added benefit. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows were very comfortable. The bedrooms accommodated so many different arrangements with our extended family and kids of all ages. It was perfect. The young adult children especially enjoyed the game room, and there were puzzles, games and pool toys for the younger children. The beach was a five minute walk and very accessible. We did drive to Henderson state beach the last day and found plenty of parking and space on the beachfront. From the beautiful porches for morning coffee, the 6 seat golf cart, and the beach cruiser bicycles, this property had everything to entertain a large family and group. We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past, but so far the Stingray is our favorite!

Three families perfect house

This place has it all. Fully stocked with everything we could need from beach chairs to towels, spices, kitchen appliances, and the list goes on. Pool was definitely our fav part. We had sun for several hours but also got shade in the afternoon which was perfect for the kids. The game room was so great too. We played a lot of ping pong! Location was great as well. I have zero complaints. We will book again.

Nice Winter Beach Trip

House was very comfortable for adults and young kids. Kids in particular loved the bunk rooms and feeling like they had their own area. Owner/manager was very helpful and communicative. Recommend, we enjoyed it.

July 4th Vacation!

The home and location are absolutely fantastic for a large family or group of friends! Whether you wish to soak up the white sand beach or relax in the private backyard pool, this house has it all. Owners were great to work with and always quick to respond with any question we had about the Destin area or property in general. We look forward to visiting again soon and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great beach house in Destin! Thanks for the great memories!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Stingray Getaway did not disappoint! Our family of 15 had plenty of space to come together and hang out and retreat to private rooms for quiet time. The backyard with pool and fire pit was a great place to gather after spending the day at the beach. The garage converted to a game / movie room was a huge hit with the kids! The location is perfect for a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We loved this house and look forward to coming back next year!

Great place!

Communication with Evan was easy and he is very accommodating. The check in process was great, the cleanliness of the house and pool was top notch. Distance to the beach is a short walk, we had 2 little ones that could make the walk without us carrying them. All the rooms were clean and comfy. The kitchen supply of cookware and plates was plentiful. The towels in the bathrooms were soft and nice. So nice to have a washer and dryer to keep up on all the laundry. The game room was occupied all of the days of our stay. The heated pool, golf cart and bikes were a fun edition! Thank you so much for a once in a lifetime memory at your gorgeous beach house. We will be back!

Family Spring Getaway

The whole family (8 adults and 8 children) thoroughly enjoyed the stay in this conveniently located beach house. All the amenities were excellent. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and organized. The children loved their bunkhouse and we all took advantage of the pool, the game room and toasting marshmallows over the fire pit.

Beautiful home, perfect location

Took my whole family. 4 adult children, their spouses and the grand babies. There was plenty of beds. The house is beautiful with so much to do at the house alone!!! The beds where very comfortable. I have chronic back problems so I’m picky. If you book, which I recommend, get the golf cart!! It made things so much easier getting around. The owners are a joy to speak with. My daughter left her school laptop and they went above and beyond to get it shipped back to me. I’m going back, hopefully very soon. We didn’t want to leave. Book this house you will be very pleased. Happy vacation 😄

Great Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time here. We have rented all around Destin, Miramar, and 30A and this rental lived up to our expectations and more! Home was clean and welcoming and hosts were very accommodating and quick with communication. Location was perfect, as we were able to get to the beach and most places we needed on the golf cart. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Everything we could have asked for

The location is wonderful and the property is in excellent condition. Anytime we needed anything it was available. The hosts were fantastic and communicated quickly. Comfy beds. Beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
