Nice place

The apartment is very nice with 2 bedrooms, nice view of the ocean. Property has a pool and also beach access, would definitely recommend.

Great place. More info before checking would have been great

Very nice place but would have been nice to know that the chairs and umbrellas weren’t included, there’s water aerobics at 10am and construction was being done during our stay. Location was great. Clean. Overall a great place to stay

Wonderful week!

Beautiful condo, great location and beautifully decorated. No issues with anything all week. It was so nice to just relax and enjoy! Loved it, would definitely recommend.

Great location. Clean and quiet.

This was a great condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful! We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. It was very clean and stocked with essentials to start our trip. It is a bit outdated and the livingroom furniture could definitely stand to be replaced but it was clean. We have a family of 5 and had plenty of space.

Saved from Hurricane Debby

Great! Went to Isle of Palm but needed to leave the property 36 hours after arrival due to Hurricane Debby approaching. Only week as a family we could take this time off before sending kids to college. Booking this on the spot for the rest of the week saved our vacation. It was a 10 hour drive past our original vacation spot and was worth it. Very responsive rental property team. Great location. Great amenities. Perfect vacation! Thank you!

Very good. The guest bath shower lever was rusted so we had to work to get that shower to operate properly. Otherwise, great!

Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, and at Sterling Sands overall! The condo was nicely put together, very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable! Our two small kids enjoyed themselves, and slept great in the second bedroom. Sterling Sands was also well kept, and access to all amenities was easy. It was also walkable to a few nearby restaurants, which was a nice option. I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My first visit to the Destin area was everything I could ask for and more. The condo was very accommodating- spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was outstanding gulf front. So many choices to shop and dine made the location. A short trip on 30A to enjoy all the small towns and amenities. I look forward to returning to stay longer next time.

Condo needs better cleaning staff. Floors were dirty and rugs in master bathroom smelled nasty. Probably would be better without them.

Absolutely wonderful!

This amazing condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four! It was very clean and comfortable! You could not go wrong with the location and the views were second to none! The pictures displayed on the site were true - beautiful water and white sand beaches! Don't worry about bringing beach chairs and umbrellas - you can rent them! Convenient for sure! The only negative comment I have would be the gym. The equipment was good, but they need a dehumidifier, as it was musty and mold was visable in the corners. Otherwise, a delight!!

Everything was OK, but just OK. A lot of rules which is fine, but the rules with the listing conflict with the rules of the building. For instance, the listing does not state that personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach but signs on the property state they are not allowed at all for liability reasons. This is an inconvenience as people pack things for their vacation based on what is communicated to them. Additionally, many signs state no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property but we were forced to experience the aroma of marajuana from morning coffee to after dinner while on the patio. Didn’t care for that.Washer and dryer don’t seem to work well. Wash/rinse cycles don’t rinse well and the dryer takes an extremely long time to dry.The beach is overtaken by the rental service chairs and umbrellas. Maybe that’s how things are now everywhere but we did not expect that. Yes there was technically beach space between rows of rental chairs but no space available without looking directly at the back of another row of chairs.

Wonderful Vacation

We had never been to Destin before but we will definitely be back. It is a beautiful place and the view from this condo is breathtaking. Every aspect of our stay was great!

Perfect stay

Very clean and spacious

Really enjoyed the condo. We were a little worried when we got to the office because it is quite run down on the inside, but the condo and property itself was fabulous. Very clean and cute condo and the pool and hot tub were lovely. The view was perfect and it was licated

Great Condo!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean with plenty of kitchen utensils and bowls. We were pleased with everything overall and look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful family place

Condo was amazing.....location was great and pool and beach were beautiful. I took my 5 year old and there were always other kids to play with. Not too loud or crowded either. Will come back!

Destin Spring Getaway

Property was clean. I felt that there should have been more supplies considering the price & lack of nearby stores to shop for toiletries, groceries etc. Beach Service was ridiculous. Guests should not have to pay for chairs & umbrellas!!!! Price for renting these items was OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN’T EVEN SIT CLOSE TO THE OCEAN BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SET YOUR TOWEL INFRONT OF RENTED CHAIRS!!!!!! Security on property was also bad. We were never able to use hot tub because there were constantly children playing in it. Vending machine was also EMPTY ALL THE TIME!!

Beautiful Unit, Great View, Terrible Elevator

This place lived up to the pictures and my family had a great time. The fact that there was only one elevator (working) for the entire property was frustrating but I guess taking the stairs worked off some of those beer calories.
