We had a great stay. Good communication with owner. We had a little problem with a company that thinks they own the beach but I received an email from the owner that cleared everything up.

Softball Tournament Beach Home

Booking and paying for this condo was a breeze!! Lauren was an absolute angel when we had a minor vehicle crisis and needed to stay a couple more days!! I absolutely loved everything about this condo, its location and weirdly enough the washer and dryer combo!! O am sad that we aren’t traveling to FL this year for softball and wont have the opportunity to stay in this Home away from Home. Thank you Lauren!

Amazing stay!

We had the best stay at this condo! Everything we could ever need was there from extra bedding, pillows, cooking utensils, fans, beach equipment, etc.,location to beach and pool were perfect! Can’t wait to stay again next year!!!

Great place

The unit is equipt with most of the kitchen utensils you could ever need. Coffee pot, keurig, electric giddle, crockpot, 3 sets of pans, blender, toaster, storage containers. Definitely everything we needed! The beds were comfortable. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, not far, but the fine sand will help you get your cardio in. I loved the location. You can see the sunset! We loved it, and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful view!

The "Crows Nest" is in a perfect location! Sand and beach visible from the living room and the balcony! Pool also. It was beautiful to see sunries and sunset! The condo is well maintained, very clean, and lovely. Its nice to have 2 rooms and 2 baths as our friends also stayed and both couples could be comfortable! We loved everything about our stay.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had some issues with our code to the condo door but the owners corrected it immediately and we had a great long weekend stay. The walk to the water was a little long with all of our beach stuff, but once you know what to expect, it isn’t bad, especially if you’re planning to be at the beach for a while. Thanks again for a great weekend!

Beautiful condo but to far from the water.

This condo is beautiful and very clean. It rained everyday almost and the walk to the water was intense when trying to roll a wagon, chairs, cooler, floats , and everything you need because you don’t want to forget anything and have to walk back to the condo. This will probably be the last time that we visit Destin. We ended up leaving early because I got bit by a dog walking the boardwalk in front of the Emerald Grand. Please watch your babies if you go there. That is no fault of the condo though just our bad luck. The cabinets are well stocked with everything you need! On a plus side we made friends with a couple from Arkansas that was staying above us!

Great location, 3 walkable beach options

We enjoyed our stay at poolside 201, the condo was just what we like. It was clean, small complex, there are 3 beach options 2 that you can always get in, 1 with big waves so if double red can’t get it. We loved to go in the morning, then come back to the condo for mid day when it would get busier than walk down again in the afternoon/early evening. So there are 2 beaches straight out over the dunes. Then you can also walk out of the condo take left down the street about 1/4 of a mile down to the end of gulf shore walk through the sand there is a small walkway next to the fence for construction…that little area was quite a gem for snorkeling…we found hermit crabs and lots of little fishies to look at, it has 3 or 4 large tide pool areas. The owner was quick to respond when I would ask questions, very kid friendly. :D We would definitely return to this condo.

Great Location and Value

This was our first time staying in the Holiday Isle area. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property with easy access to the beach including options for snorkeling and fishing. We had plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers and loved the low key setting of Holiday Isle while having quick access to eating, shopping, and attractions in Destin.

This Condo was emaculate!

This condo was emaculate in cleanliness and all supplies needed were provided. Didn't want for anything. Any questions asked were answered promptly and friendly. The walk to the beach was a little bit of a struggle. That was the only drawback.View from Condo was beautiful.

Clean and adorable

This condo was incredibly clean and very tastefully decorated like a beach vacation. The convenience to the pool location was amazing making it easy to go back and forth to the room. The jetty beach was close enough but the walk to seeing waves and the sound of the ocean was a bit of a challenge through loose sand and hot temperatures. I would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with.

Perfect Location

My family enjoyed our stay here. It’s the perfect location. We don’t like getting knocked down by the waves on the beach, this location is perfect. The water is calm and fun to snorkel in.

Wonderful beach and crystal clear water

The condo is perfect for 2 couples or 4 people. We had 5 with one sleeping on the couch. The view is good (would be great if one palm tree was removed that blocks part of your view), the beach is great. You have a choice of the jetty side, which is calm and more shallow (perfect for the littles) or the gulf if you walk further. Note that this walk is almost 1/2 mile from the condo. I got my workout by walking to and from the beach a couple times daily, but it is worth it. The gulf side is not crowded and was stunning. The condo is well equipped. We only ate out twice so we utilized many of the kitchen equipment. The bed in the master is very comfortable. The condo was clean, as was the complex. There were several beach chairs, an umbrella and a box full of pool/beach toys - not a common finding. I would stay here again with only 4 people total. It says 6 can stay but this would have been a little cramped. I love Holiday Isle, especially the area this condo is in. It did not feel like I was surrounded by a big crowd.
