The walk to the beach was not bad either. The condo was clean but a little warm at night. Overall a great stay!

Great Place!

its a great place to stay! the 4 for cleanliness is because there was a few things dirty. the 4 for check in was because was told it was empty but i could pay another $100 to check in early. 4 on the listing because it shows beach chairs.. i was charged $42 a day.. they are not included in the rental the guy said. but overall, a great place to stay..i would stay there again but with beach service. thanks for having us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for over 32 years❤️. We stay in different condos each visit. This one did not disappoint. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was very clean and had all we needed! Only problem we had was the code quit working on the door pad and had to wait for maintenance and then they had to get a key to us to open the door. They responded to the problem and it was fixed. Thank you for a great weekend and sharing your beautiful condo

Needs a better cleaning person.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was ok. When we left my granddaughter left her hair dryer in its bag tied to the towel rack. We called Sand Piper Cv and was told it was not there. So I suggested they get someone else to clean the room because it had to be the maid who got it. So please everyone make sure you do not leave anything you will not get it back.

The TV in the master bedroom needs to be a little larger.2. The second bedroom really needs a TV in it. This was really not an issue for me but for some guests this could be a BIG issue. This is the reason for 4 stars on Overall satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall, good. The thing that need to be repaired are the sliding glass doors and screen doors. Both screen doors do not open properly and one was completely off the sliding door rails. I had to lean it up against the wall to get it out of the way.

Best location

Loved this property! We will be back. Needs updated radio, and didn’t like how the property service was so tight on little necessities. Other than that great vacation spot, and condo!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So the view is gorgeous but this condo is in need of upgrades, new couches and overall repairs. The couches are FILTHY , the balcony deck gave us all splinters and one of my kids cut foot on a upended board, it needs serious repairs. I'm just glad we didn't fall thru when we were all sitting out on it. The air vents are also filthy and coming apart, I had to push one back into the wall. The air could not cool the two bedrooms very well either. Overall dingy and blah. I don't think its even close to being worth 264/night.
