Great stay! Very cute! Close to everything

Everything was great with exception of the TV. The WiFi due to no internet connection did not work all week. If my husband was not with me, there is no way I would have known how to work the 2 remotes required to use the local channels. Thank you for a great week. We will definitely book with you again!

Good Stay, Dog Friendly

Overall this was a great stay. There are a few things that could make it better, but the place was clean and conveniently located. Halfway through the stay, the condominium administration put up a pay to park sign, so just be aware of this.

Spring break getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfy! Very close to lots of restaurants and things to do. The beach isn’t very far away, about a 5 min drive. We loved it and hopefully get to stay again soon!

Excellent place to stay

The property was very clean and nicely equipped with everything I needed to have a comfortable stay (High speed internet, TV with streaming services, W&D, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc). I work remotely so it was nice to have high speed internet to be able work. The location is great, close to everything in Destin within minutes (beach, restaurants, supermarkets). The complex where the condo is located is well kept and overall quiet. There was occasionally some remodeling in a nearby unit going on or landscaping but nothing that was overly annoying. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to them. I didn't have any issues during my stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay

Well kept and fairly updated. There were a couple upkeeping things like handles falling off etc, but I think that’s pretty typical of any rental place like this. Weird that the kitchen had no outlets except at the end of the counter. Pool access was nice and we enjoyed the little pond with dozens of turtles to feed. The hosts were nice and very responsive. In general it was an enjoyable stay except for the neighbors. Horrible stink of weed wafted out of the next door condo. Other neighbors had barking dogs that would never shut up and they left outside all night. Some degenerate dillweeds were too lazy to take all of their garbage to the dumpster so they instead choose to throw it all in the back of our truck. Infuriating…Really put a damper on an otherwise fun trip.

Loved Everything!!

🐬My husband and son loved this little slice of heaven. Everything about this property was seemingly painless: check in, location, and the owners were very nice and responsive. Although we found fine dog hairs throughout the property and on the bed, the owners were responsive and the necessities were there for quick clean up. Overall really nice for small family. 💗🏝

It was one the best experiences, we loved how much there was to do, I love the little extra amenities the owners provide, beach chairs and umbrella very convenient! We are definitely already talking about our next trip! Our two furry babies loved it too! They are large breed and had plenty of room and loved all the walls!!!

Bright, Clean, and Comfortable

I stayed at this home for about a week. From the moment I walked through the door I could smell how clean it was, not a deodorizer smell, but truly clean. The rooms were sunny and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment. The neighbors I met were polite, friendly, and quiet. A lovely stay; I hope to come back.

Copper Cay was the perfect choice for us. I wanted to avoid the crowds of a hotel and have something interesting for the kids to do. This place was quiet and in a faulted community. We were located next to the pool and a pond where my kids fed all the turtles. After dinner we would walk to get ice cream just outside the gates. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and were easy to communicate with. It’s hard to find perfection in a place but this one is it!

Unhappy with the experience

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SOMEWHERE WHERE SHE DIDNT LET ME CHECK IN UNTIL 4PM AND SAID I HAD TO LEAVE BY 10AM. RIDICULOUS. SHE WOULDNT LET ME GET MY MONEY BACK TO RESCHEDULE WHEN THEY HAD HORRIBLE WEATHER. THEY SEEM TO BE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. THE PLACE WAS CUTE BUT CABINETS IN BATHROOM WERE FILTHY, AND PLACE SMELLED MOLDY AND THEY KEEP IT VERY COLD, I THINK TO HIDE THE SMELL....I TRIED ADJUSTING THE THERMOSTAT, BUT IT REMAINED COLD. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. COMPLEX DIDNT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THE OWNERS ARE NOT ACCOMODATING AT ALL. ITS ALL BUSINESS FOR THEM. WHAT A SHAME. I WOULD NEVER RETURN

Great getaway weekend

The room was very clean and cozy. We came with our teenager and small dog and the accommodations suited us all perfectly. Our son enjoyed seeing the turtles in the lake which was a short walk from our room. Best part is being so close to shops, restaurants and of course, the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our three-day getaway weekend. Will definitely stay here again!
