Great spot!

Condo was as pictured and very nice. Property was well maintained. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

Girls Trip

The place was very nice and the beds were nice and comfy. They do have quiet time after 10pm since it seems to be a retirement community. The area was nice and not far from beach access or attractions and food.

Great Place and close to beach

We really enjoyed dolphin point 602A. Short walk to beach, wagon with chairs supplied. Loved our stay, nice and clean. Wish list for future renters: maybe have 2 beach passes with a map of property to show pool location, beach entrance, etc. We found both but wasn't sure about beach access because it was marked "private", but the pass worked!. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

The view from our unit was great and we found it to be very easy to take the water taxi to get to restaurants and shops. We had no car so we did have to user Uber Eats when we wanted to stay in as there was not a walkable choice for food. The beach was very easy to walk to and the unit had everything we needed to get there easily. We had a great time!

What you see online is exactly what you get. Lovely modern open floor plan. I was very pleased with my stay and definitely will rebook this unit again .

Beautiful and Confortable Space

We loved this place. I will go as far as saying it is nicer in person than in pictures. Also very comfortable and spacious, clean, renovated and the view is amazing. Walk to the beach is a breeze, even with a toddler (5min) The outside balcony is equipped with a wagon and 3 chairs that came in handy to walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and already recommended it to other family members. Thank you

Very happy

Propert was clean and exactly like the pictures. I wish the master bedroom had a king rather than a queen but I knew that going in. Short trip to private beach, wheeled cart and beach chairs in balcony storage closet. For you future renters, the kitchen is completely cleaned out of any food item (even salt & pepper) so prepare to purchase all food items yourself.

Nice place, issue was not addressed.

Beautiful location and unit. We had our truck towed with the parking pass present because someone from Dolphin Point HOA called it in. It cost us $180 and we are still waiting for a response and compensation. Besides that issue, everything else was great.

Beautiful Property

We had very nice time at Thanksgiving; unfortunately our family members from Winter Springs could not join us so we spread out! Several things need attention: the queen bed in guest bedroom needs new mattress; I ended up on sofa or recliner every night. The door lock is difficult; and please check to see if housekeeping is actually mopping floors. I spilled water in kitchen & wiped it up with paper towel that came up brown. All in all a very nice condo on Holiday Isle!

Excellent!!!!

The property was EXACTLY like the pictures!!!! Breath taking and inviting as we walked in!! I love the privacy and cleanliness. The check in and check out process was very easy! If I had any questions, I was able to text the contact number provided and was given a quick reply with meaningful help. The only constructive criticism I had was that we wished that there was a TV in the first bedroom with the two queen beds. We had two 11 yr olds in there and they really wanted to watch tv in there at times. Also, we wished that there was satellite/cable or some local channels available. There was ROKU with apps such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. Although this is a great feature to have, everyone may not have subscriptions or elderly people may not be able to navigate. Lastly, we would have liked shades on the glass doors leading to the balcony. It was kind of hard to sleep in a bit when the sun awakes you early from shining brightly through the glass doors. However, none of these things are deal breakers and I would definitely come back to this exact condo and will refer someone in a heartbeat!!

Great place

The pictures are very accurate. The only issue we had was there was a sign that says to not put ac lower than 70 so at night it was hot especially in the guest room that has no ceiling fan. Also, wish they had a map to show you where everything is on the property
