  • Sandpiper Cove 1074. This is a first floor unit with parking in front of the condo.

    Welcome to our beautifully updated beach condo that offers a perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and exciting amenities. This cozy condo accommodates up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families, or couples.

    Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living space featuring a king bedroom, bunk bed nook, updated bathroom with walk-in shower, cozy living room with queen sleeper, full kitchen, laundry, and spacious outdoor deck with ample seating for everyone to gather and relax after a day at the beach. Free high speed wifi is available. High chair and baby playpen are available on request.

    Sandpiper Cove is a gated condo community that hosts an array of outstanding amenities to elevate your vacation experience. Take a walk to enjoy private access to 1100 feet of Destin's pristine beach. Cool off at one of the five inviting pools or relax at one of three invigorating jacuzzies. Stay active with a friendly match at one of six tennis courts, or the free par three golf course. The resort also includes a marina, restaurant, snackbar, drinks, and restrooms at the beach. You will also be spoiled by the pre-paid beach service that offers 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests from March through October.

Great little condo well acquainted with appliances etc . Owner was very responsive! Sandpiper Cove is a great neighborhood and the renovations in this condo we're great, rearranging the kitchen and adding bunk beds is great for a small family!

Family beach vacation

The condo had everything we needed and was clean! You could see one of the pools from the back porch so my kids were able to walk back and forth. Only a short walk to the beach which was wonderful. The property was beautiful! I will definitely be looking for this one again for future vacations to this destination.

We really enjoyed this rental and had a great trip. This condo came stocked with everything we needed to cook and even had beach items to use for the beach as well! Very satisfied with our booking.

Great Stay

Nice property and location. Owner was very great at communicating and went out of his way a few times to answer questions. Location was nice and beach access was easy. Beach service was very nice. We also enjoyed the pool and golf. Great size for our family of 4. Thank you!

The setup of the rooms and beds were perfect! We had 5 guests and we didn’t feel cramped for space! The host responded quickly to questions. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the porch swing and chairs/toys for the beach!!

The property was exactly what we needed and in a great location. It was very clean and organized. We traveled to Destin for a baseball tournament and to vacation for the week. Michael was very nice and helpful. Any questions I had, he had the answer. I would definitely book again.

We loved Destin and the location of the Sandpiper Cove. The condo was great for our family and clean. No issues whatsoever. Mike even let us check in a little early! We can’t wait to come back!

Great condo located centrally to all Destin has to offer! Unit was perfect for our family of 4 - including two teens. We enjoyed the large patio overlooking the first tee of the gold course. Property Manager was efficient and thorough with arrival/departure instructions. Safe gated-community - gate staff extremely helpful in getting us to our unit.

Place was clean and updated. We loved being on the first hole of the golf course, having beach service included, and utilizing the water taxi to hit our favorite restaurants on the harbor.

Family vacation 2025

Checking in and out was very simple with the instructions we received from owner prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was there all we needed to do was bring our personal items. The unit was very clean as well no need to contact the owner for reason. Thank you for another pleasant stay at our home away from home.

lovely place, great location

Such a nice condo with a complete kitchen, plenty of room for us and lots of open kitchen shelves. The location is perfect for the par 3 golf and a nice walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella included. There is a dining table as well as a two-person porch swing on the deck.
