Crystal Sands, una, de tres pisos, propiedad íntima tranquila. Estos dos frente al golfo, edificios de condominios de baja altura se encuentran en la zona de Crystal Beach de Destin. La unidad que se enfrenta a las deslumbrantes, blanco, playas de arena vistas directamente en el Golfo de México.

Amplio y privado, decorado con comodidad en mente. Los edificios de condominios se encuentran cerca del corazón de Destin. Va a encontrar muchas cosas que hacer tanto de día como de noche. Crystal Sands es uno de los lugares especiales que desea mantener a sí mismo aún no se puede dejar de hablar.

Te mereces lo mejor y lo mejor es Crystal Sands en la playa. Hazte un favor a ti mismo y tratar como un rey o una reina, se acostó en la playa y sólo ser perezoso. Ven al azúcar, playas blancas de la costa Esmeralda. Mirar hacia fuera en el hermoso sol, las olas y la arena no el estacionamiento o en la calle. Escuchar las olas no el tráfico que pasa.

Tomar el desayuno en el balcón con sólo el azúcar, arena blanca entre usted y las aguas azules de México. Sol y pasear por la playa o tomar un corredor de olas y ver qué tan alto puede volar.

Crystal Sands es menos de una milla del centro comercial de venta del famoso diseñador, centro comercial Silver Sands. No se olvide de comprar allí!

Mi unidad está en el segundo piso del nuevo edificio, establecimiento lado este, el edificio B. La unidad cuenta con un dormitorio principal que tiene una cama extra grande. Hay dos literas en los pasillos. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble.

Crystal Sands está ubicado lejos de la congestión del centro de Destin, pero a solo minutos de distancia de todo el día y la atracción nocturna.

The property is in need of definite updates and repairs. Bathroom doors don’t close properly and need to be replaced. Neither bathroom vent fan worked, commode seat in half bath simply needs to be replaced. Light bulbs out in both bathrooms. The laminate on the kitchen counter was not properly glued down. Overall cleanliness, honestly couldn’t tell if the unit needed to be cleaned or the baseboards and nooks and crannies just needed a fresh coat of paint. The mattress could really stand to be replaced as well. We always stay at Crystal Sands, but never this unit. It was a last minute trip and this unit was the only unit available on the 2nd floor.

The rooms were not cleaned had to wait 2hrs for late check in all electrical plugs were so old and wore out that the cords wouldn’t stay in. Vacuum did not work 1roll of toilet paper. had terrible time getting code to get in Overall very dissatisfied

It’s directly on the beach 2nd floor one bedroom and a bunk bed for two kiddos two bathrooms with only one tub/shower. I was pleased with the condo just needed one more shower with a family of 4.

Dirty, Broken, Smelly, Unsafe Condo.

We’ve stayed in at least a dozen Crystal Sands condos and we found this unit so dirty, broken down, foul smelling and riddled with dangerous conditions that we were unable to stay more than a single night. Contacted the owner who offered excuses for the disaster we found but made no attempt to remedy any of the issues we encountered.

Experience couldve been better. Nice Location.

The place is a great location. The condo does need some updates regarding old fixtures like the rusty mirrored closet in one of the bathrooms and the worn out shower/tub faucet and spicket. The place itself was clean. The only cumbersome part was not receiving access information until less than 24 hours to check in. A mesaage was sent to the host with no response the day prior before a phone call to him with no answer and it stated i was unable to leave a voicemail. I had to contact VRBO via phone and they were able to get a hold of him and i received a message in my inbox shortly after they contacted him. I book/stay often with other hosts and this is not the typical experience I receive. I was not given an explanation from the host but I was happy that VRBO was able to resolve the issue for me. No other issues occurred during this stay.

Water heater didn’t work well so we only had like warm water for 5 minutes. Garbage disposal did not work. The room reeked of marijuana. The room wasn’t bad overall, location was good and beach was relatively quiet.

Love the Location!!

The location is close to everything and the water is just beautiful. However, the unit we stayed in could use some upgrades and it wasn't very clean. Some of the serving utensils as well as the eating utensils still had food on them. The chair had hair on it and the microwave worked but looked awful inside. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some deep cleaning.

The view is wonderful, and the apartment has an excellent location. The master bedroom needs a ceiling light, and the window blind needs to be fixed; it doesn't roll up.

4.5 hours late with our room but no refund

Our check in was at 4:00. The owner called about 4:30-5:00 (we were stuck in traffic) to tell us the room hadn't been cleaned and he was looking for someone to do it. We got in the room at 8:30. Also one of the sheets was DIRTY. Not stained! Dirty! I washed it and the "stain" came out! So how much did the cleaning guy actually do??? After speaking to the owner asking for a partial refund for the day, he said VRBO has rules and he'd have to ask them. I spoke to VRBO, and they told me refunds were solely at his discretion. I asked nicely MANY times, but he stopped replying to me. We love Crystal Sands and have stayed in several rooms in both units. This one was by far the least renovated but cost as much as the others. I could have lived with the lack of updates, but we got 3 1/2 hours on Saturday night and paid full price for that day. We will NOT be back there, and I would HIGHLY discourage others from going. The reply will be interesting.

NASTY UNIT STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This unit was out dated to say the less nasty,dirty! We drove 12 hours to get here from Texas so it was late when we showed up. The floors were dirty and sandy the kitchen table legs were broke the coffe maker had old filter with coffee and mold that had turned brown so it had to have been left there for a long time! The freezer had rust. The sofa bed was so thin had rust and dirt on mattress. There was mold in the main bathroom around the tub shower curtain was full of mold. There was no mop or broom. When contacting the owner about this all he had to say was that the cleaning lady must have over looked some things and if she was in town she would stop by and change out shower curtain well that never happened!! Are you kidding me!!!!!!We ended up going to the store to buy a mop and broom along with cleaning supplies to get this place in order after telling the owner we would like some type of refund for all of this mess we had to do and go through when this was our vacation of course he dodged that all together! And we got locked out of our unit at one point went to the office they said they could not help us because that unit is not one that they serve 😱 They have a HOA on site we talked to them they tired calling the owner sent a email and no response so my husband said I will climb the balcony to get to our unit and this is what he did !!! So the code is so long that you either need to have a good memory or write it down or times So please read reviews on this property

We enjoyed our time in Destin. We will stay somewhere else. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every single word of conversations happening all around the property. Furniture was so dirty and quite a few items in the unit was falling apart.

Beyond disappointing

Upon arrival, the codes provided by owner were incorrect. Then we discovered the condo had not been cleaned. We have young kids and a 12 hour car ride. It was highly inconvenient not to have immediate access and it not be cleaned. We had to leave the unit for it to be cleaned which led us to discover we also had been provided with wrong codes to the gates to the ocean. (First time our kids saw the ocean, crying that we couldn’t get to the ocean because we didn’t have the right code) We had to communicate with the owner 4+ times within the first hour. Very very frustrating start to a vacation. Other concerns of the condition of the condo were that there appeared to be black mold in the air vents in the living room and bathroom. Musty smell. Owner responded in a defensive and rude manner. Other condos in Crystal Sands are beautiful and updated. We tried to have kids out of the condo as much as possible to limit exposure to whatever was coming out of the vents.

Needs some updates

First loved the location. Patio view outstanding. Weather didn’t cooperate to actually be on the beach. We won’t visit in February next time. Actually the best part of our stay was restaurants. they are on the expensive side but so worth it! Then there’s the residence. Hasn’t been updated in a while with multiple problems. Find a different Host if possible. All said LOVE Destin.

No Air Conditioner

Overall, the stay was marred by a broken air conditioner. The condo's temperature ranged from 78° at night to 82° during the day. (We had to buy a fan so we could sleep.) Otherwise, the condo could use some updates, e.g., streaming televisions. Was adequate, but disappointing.
