We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples.
There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). We also would have appreciated having extra blankets available. The game room had a noticeable odor, which might be helped with better ventilation.
Parking was a bit challenging, particularly with a larger vehicle, as the spaces are quite tight. While there is clear parking restrictions posted, they didn’t appear to be consistently enforced. Additionally, some exterior areas of the community could use maintenance, including pressure washing and attention to a nearby fence that seems to be in disrepair.
On a positive note, the host was responsive and attentive when contacted, which we appreciated. With a few updates and improvements, this could be an even better place to stay.
