Holiday Surf Unit 220 Gulf Front Exquisite

La unidad n. ° 220 acomoda a hasta 4 personas con una nueva cama King Serta Perfect Sleeper con cama superior Euro de lujo en el dormitorio principal y una cama Murphy de tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Esta unidad ha sido recientemente renovada por completo, e incluye nuevas paredes con textura y pisos de baldosas, nueva iluminación y encimeras de granito en la cocina y el baño, molduras de techo y una decoración totalmente nueva. Beautiful beach property!

We had a short but wonderful stay. The beach was beautiful. It was peaceful and offered everything we were promised and all we could ask for. We enjoyed the property location and condo location immensely. Only one flight of stairs and so close to the beach. We plan to go back soon.

Fun Weekend!

I loved the property. It was close to the beach which was nice. Umbrella and chairs were provided. Not a crowded area. Everything we needed was close by with little to no traffic. Glad we chose this place and we will be back.

Nice little place, needs a good cleaning

The check in process was very simple. The room itself needs a little help, bathroom was gross and shower wasn’t cleaned. there were gnats everywhere. Location was good if you like quite and laid back.

It was clean and as advertised. And of course HSRC is in a great location. As always the staff was excellent. We had an issue with a temperature sensor on the stove and maintenance came to the room and fixed it immediately.

Moving the area to rinse off closer to the beach was a great idea. Having to go down each morning to get our beach chairs (if we want the front row) is still the biggest complaint we have.

One flight of stairs and you are wherever you want to be. Condo had all kitchen items needed for our stay. Conveniently located near all the must go to restaurants. Great LOCATION

The sheets were stained. The maintenance guys helped try to resolve our issues quickly. If I stayed at this complex again I would try another unit.

Summer Vacation

Check-in time was 4pm; arrived at 3:00pm and waited outside the door of the condo until 5pm to get in. Dirty dishes from the last tenant left in the dishwasher. Thought free beach chair was a good thing, but it's not. I never got to be on the first row of chairs to see the water. You had to wait in line at 7am every morning for your chair, and the line was already long every day when I got there. The private beach was packed every day with people and all their beach items. Was not a peaceful, relaxing vaction. Too many rules.

"Luxury" is a big stretch

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lights flickered in all the rooms and several outlets didn't work properly. An even larger safety concern than the shoddy electrical was the stove, good lord! The numbers and symbols on the knobs were 90% gone (where? who knows!) so you have no clue which knob goes to which burner and how hot you've made it. Trial and error resulted in an actual flame coming up from a glass top stove which I have never seen in my life. I suppose if you don't need lights and don't plan to cook in, it's a great experience! Everything was clean enough and the unit's proximity to the stairs and boardwalk was very convenient. The "first come, first serve" nature of the beach chairs was an interesting take...not super charming to have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a front row view. 3/5 stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit location keeps us coming back. It is right next to the stairs, at the 2nd floor, you have an amazing view of the ocean without many stairs to climb, and the location at the end makes it quiet and close to the beach. We also enjoy having a murphy bed instead of a sleeper sofa to rely on (although it has that too) as it is comfier and easier to use. However, the unit really really needs a refresh. The cabinets, toilet, and many items are starting to show their age. The unit is comfy and the bed is huge. However, Holiday Surf and Rac. really need to figure out a consistent way to provide two chairs per unit. Beach chair attendants were allowing a family reunion to reserve over 20 chairs at a time in the front without even visiting, definitely exceeding the "2" per unit amount. I'm assuming they paid a hefty tip to the attendants to have them reserve it for them. There was no oversight. This isn't the unit's fault, but the resorts.
