I love sandpiper cove. I missed out on an opportunity to purchase a unit in 2012 and think about it all the time. Now, the unit is valued at and recently sold for 3 times what it cost then. I’ll keep a watch out for future sales cause this place has the perfect location and is kept super clean and safe.

A wonderful Beach condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and have a great time. The washer/dryer was a bonus because we didn't have to take home dirty laundry. The pool and tennis courts were a great addition to beach activities. The beach was across the street within the Sandpiper community. Our family had a great time. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. The pictures of the condo are very accurate - it's as beautiful in person.

This Sandpiper Cove condo is very clean and just perfect for our family of four. It has everything we need to cook our dinner. It has a bike that works great that our son used to travel around the community and to the beach, which is just a cross the street within the condo community. The condo is situated at the first hole of the small golf course. The swimming pool was also nearby. The condo is located across the street from Target/Publix. Everything is within walking distance. This was just a perfect stay for us. The pictures on VRBO/Expedia are accurate. Destin is a great beach town. We'll be back!

Great Family Getaway

We love Sandpiper! Great location, we have been coming for years. Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for! We needed pet friendly for our 7 lb furbaby. Very nicely laid out for little ones too. We will be back! There was some damage from larger dogs on the curtains etc. We heard they plan to renovate! Thats great news, the location is perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The nearest pool was way too warm for July Florida heat. The road noise was loud at night since the unit is close to the main road. The unit was in great condition besides the tiny kitchen trash can and beds being hard as rocks (and I like a hard bed). We will stay in this complex but different unit next time.

The women in the office were so helpful and welcoming. Our condo was comfortable but in need of updates. The carpet smelled awful and was in need of a deep cleaning or replacement. They came twice to spray with deodorizer which helped temporarily and offered to clean the carpet but we declined since it would be wet for a few days. Unfortunately it made our stay less than optimal but it won’t keep us from returning-we will just book a more updated unit.

Great condo but do your research on pets on beach

Pam’s condo was clean and had a lovely view of golf course. The online pics are accurate. Location was great. The resort staff were all fabulous! The condo was perfect for my mom, me and pup. However I was very disappointed that I didn’t discover until we got there that dogs are NOT allowed on beach. The complex was pet friendly but since we didn’t want to leave pup in strange place alone it was not the beach vacation I had hoped for. Do your research.
