Holiday Surf 316 es una unidad de un dormitorio y un baño con capacidad para 6 personas, con todo lo que necesita para relajarse y disfrutar de la vida en la playa.

Duerma con total comodidad en la nueva cama King Size Tempurpedic Pillow Top, un sofá cama doble de lujo y un sofá cama grande. Esta unidad recientemente remodelada, que incluye una cocina renovada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y nuevos pisos de mármol, además de 2 televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD, hace de este el lugar de vacaciones perfecto.

Nuestro sueño ha sido tener un condominio en la playa, así que cuando Dios nos bendijo para poder comprar esta unidad, queríamos compartirla con los demás.

Holiday Surf ofrece servicio de playa de cortesía todos los días de su estancia (dos sillas y una sombrilla), además, le damos acceso a entradas gratuitas para las actividades de "Xplorie", como el crucero Dolphin, Deep Sea Fishing y el cercano parque acuático Big Kahunas.

Perfect

My granddaughter and I stayed 4 nights in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. Our view of the beach was lovely and we were directly over the pool. We enjoyed the many choices on the TV at night, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including a functioning ice maker in the fridge. The shower was spacious, the whole place was very clean, and the king bed was comfortable, although a tiny bit soft for my liking. We were just near the fitness center on the same floor, and fairly close to the elevator. I like the fact that the property is gated, and it was easy to find a parking spot each day when returning from outings. I wouldn't recommend very small or lively children in this unit due to glass table and mirrored wall. My granddaughter is 12 and quiet, so it was perfect for us and felt very spacious. I could tell that the owners of this condo put love into the decor, it was really a pretty unit. I would rent here again, if I ever come back.

The Condo was as just as pictured. The only minor complaint was the master bedroom mattress was a pretty worn and had dips on either side, but not bad enough to be a significant concern. The condo was very clean and right on the beach. The balcony had a beautiful view and comfortable chairs to enjoy morning reading while the sun came up or at sunset. The kitchen was very nice and had basic necessities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach service was a plus but was a little confusing the first day. The unit came with 2 small beach chairs which came in very handy when we strolled to the beach. Overall, for our first beach condo rental we could not have asked for a better stay for the price. We were very satisfied with the facility and the condo itself. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip.

This is our second time at this resort! It is such a simple and enjoyable process from checking in to getting set up on the beach! We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and beautiful place to get away!

Honeymoon

We had a great time. Quiet and relaxing stay. The beach service was great, it made our beach time so easy. The property was very nice and clean. We grilled out one night and enjoyed sitting in the grill area it's a nice piece to the property. Our room was beautiful couldn't ask for a better experience. We arrived on April 24th so I can imagine our experience may differ from summer. With that said it is still a beautiful place to spend your vacation.

Spring Break

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and seeing dolphins swim right in front of the condo was awesome!! It is a quiet part of Destin, which was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Great location away from the hussel and bussel of Destin. Beach front and pool cleaned daily. Easy and convenient beach access. Elevator and stairs convenient to units. Staff alway helpful and available. Wonderful stay in 2022 and booked for 2023.

Outdated property, Listing is misleading

This property was not worth the time or money. The unit we had is outdated (furniture & overall living quarters). It gives “hotel” vibes & rules and you pretty much provide your own amenities. The staff could have cared less if we were enjoying our stay, you could tell they are there just to collect a paycheck. Have yet to speak with the property manager (I guess she is still on vacation from when I initially called 2months ago). The elevator only allowed 3 people on at a time (because it is old & outdated). The ONLY enjoyable thing of our entire stay was the memory foam pillow top mattress.

Get Away

My husband and I were in desperate need of a little getaway time. We normally go to Perdido or Orange Beach but really wanted to check out the Destin area. I found this location on VRBO and it checked all the boxes. We loved everything about it.

Great stay

We’ve been renting through VRBO for many years now and this condo was VERY clean!!!! I’m really picky about where I stay and I would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location and such a quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs were very easy to get on the beach. The pool was cleaned every day. The front desk was very helpful and there was plenty of parking. It was also very close to all the restaurants and not to far from Miramar beach. We had such a great stay and will be back to Destin very soon!

Everything was perfect!

We were completely satisfied with our VRBO experience at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. The unit was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website, VERY clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was an easy drive to the golf courses for my husband, and easy beach access for me.

New Favorite

Destin is our families favorite Florida beach and now the Holiday Isle is our new favorite area to stay in. Holiday Isle and Raquet Club is very family friendly and a little removed from the more crowded beaches of the high rises up Hwy 98.. Unit 316 was clean, nice view and had enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beach chairs included with our stay was a plus. We hope to come back again soon.
