First the good news. The property is awesome and just as advertised! I can't say more because the pictures and prior reviews say it all. We loved the place.
Next, the not-so-good news. We had several issues during our stay where we thought the property management company let us down. First, a penthouse rental at this price level should include the property management firm meeting us at the location. Not us going to fetch our keys. What that would have also improved as an in-service on the very complicated coffee maker and ice maker situation. I'm a hands-on guy, but the property management's response to my questions about how to make a cup of coffee was to send me a 72 page PDF for me figure out on my own. Unless you've used this machine before, you're going to Starbucks down the street to get your coffee! The fridge ice maker wasn't working. I had to call them twice. They finally sent out a technician who said it was not working so left a bag of ice for us. (We had already had to buy our own first bag.) Only to find out on the last day of our stay that there is also a separate ice making device in the corner... never figured out how to use that one either! So a beach weekend with adult friends and two days figuring out how to get coffee and ice! Bad look. Check out the other reviews on this one. Folks are more generous in their grading than I am here, but those reviews do list other issues we also encountered. If I were the property owner, I'd be... displeased.
