    SunDestin 416 is a 1BR/1.5BA condo in a Gulf-front complex in the heart of beautiful Destin. The master bedroom offers two queen beds, and the living room has a sofa bed, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. This unit comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony while dining overlooking the peek-a-boo Gulf views and fabulous sunsets.     SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (an outdoor, heated, open-air pool) and the exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, on-site restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Summer beach vacation

Over all was very satisfied with our stay but was very upset that we didn’t know about construction going on and that out door pool is closed til July.

Lovely Condo

The condo itself was lovely. It was very clean, modern and well decorated. The beds were super comfy and we had an ample amount of towels. The property manager kept in touch with us to make sure everything was alright. It's right on the beach which was great too! The condo is located on the west side of the building but we still had a partial view of the ocean. The only downside was the building itself was under construction so the halls and elevators were pretty rough looking and the outdoor pool was closed. The sliding glass doors and screens in the condo were filthy, I'm assuming from the construction. We had a great time and I would definitely book this condo again.

Wasn't a good stay

View sucked!!!! They said sleeps 6, sleeps only 4, only one bedroom. Not enough towels. Very cramped. Front desk didn't have my reservation the manager was very rude, she was making things seems like my questions were annoying her.

If you want to get high…stay here.

The overwhelming smell of marijuana was absolutely ridiculous. Security didn’t care. Front desk didn’t care. Our ten year old kept asking what the smell was. Rooms don’t have laundry and there is ONE washer and dryer per floor. Condo was dated and some things did not work (several switches…bathroom fans). A lot to pay for the particular condo we rented.
