This spacious 2-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers the ultimate convenience with direct access to the resort’s Gulf-front pools and private beach. Great place to stay. The pool was great. The private beach access was fantastic. A top to bottom. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

Our family of 4 loved this condo! The location in the property was perfect for our family. We could easily go from the room to the pool and beach. Plus we loved that the room came with covered parking. The location in Destin was very convenient to our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again!

The perfect getaway

My husband and I had the perfect anniversary getaway! The pools were cleaned and treated each morning. The beaches in this are are beautiful. Was only a 30 min drive from the airport and close to everything!

Getting ready for Summer

Second time staying and it was the same as last year, very reliable. We enjoyed the location, the open space, and felt safe. Enjoyed having a convenient parking spot, definitely cannot say enough about the beach and pool being right outside your door. Will book again.

Amazing!!

Absolutely amazing location. Leave your patio, cross the path between the pools and your on the beach. Very clean and nice condo. Beach attendants were great. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Beautiful location and beautiful beach, spacious condo, nicely decorated... we enjoyed being able to walk off the patio onto the propety and then onto the beach. Only two key fobs provided regardless of number of guests made things a little tough for going and coming from beach.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will be back next year. First floor, right by the pool. This spot is a must if you have kids. This condo was very clean, minus the master tile shower - it needs a good scrubbing for mold in the grout. The TVs are older and could stand to be updated, but work just fine. The jacuzzi tub is nice, but the jets do not work. None of this would stop us from booking this spot again but are simply suggestions to make it better.

Family Friendly

We loved this condo! My husband and I came with our 3 kids (7, 5 and 1.5). We come to Destin often and have been bouncing around between beach front towers. This is now our new favorite! There’s a lot of traffic outside the unit, but I loved having close access to the pool with little kids. The patio is gated off, so our kids couldn’t escape. This unit was clean and very convenient. Management made everything super easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

All was great but could have been cleaner. Dishwasher needs to be replaced as there is mold growing. The toilets don’t flush well and the sink in the second bathroom seems clogged however maintenance was called and the work should be fixed soon. The pool is great and the beach is a walking distance

Great property and location

PROS: very clean, great location. Being able to walk right off our patio into the pool was awesome. And being right next to the parking garage doors was great for bringing in items. Washing machine was broke and they replaced the whole machine within 1 day. Comfortable beds. CONS: No private WI-FI; had to use the unsecured public Wi-Fi at the property. RECOMMENDATIONS: push the landlord to heat the other pool. Purchase an air fryer for the unit for easy and fast cooking.

Amazing spot!

The location was absolutely amazing. We traveled with our 6 months old so we loved being on the first floor. We had the most convenient and easy access to the beach an pool. Walking outside our door and being at the pool was incredible. The beach being just a few steps away was also so nice. Loved how much was included with our stay, parking, umbrella & chairs. The condo was clean but there were a few things that seemed unsanitary. The rugs all had stains on them. The couch was also very stained. The mattress was covered with stained pee spots. Communication with the property manager was great and overall we loved it. The stains are bound to happen so I would still give 5 stars.
