The condo was beautiful and very clean! However, the listing is not accurate when it comes to hidden fees! Just so you are aware, you have to pay 15 per person when you get there for wristbands. Then, you are not able to use personal tents or umbrellas so here is another 35 per day to use the umbrella service. It would have been nice for some transparency so we were aware. We did enjoy the condo!

Incredible location and beautiful condo!

This condo is perfectly located on the beach in Destin. It was immaculately decorated with a perfect beach vibe! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy. The chair/umbrella guys for the beach service were a bit particular regarding when we were to and were not to have the umbrellas open. Highly recommend!

Spring Break

The condo was in a great location and quite large. We had our 3 adult children and it never felt small or crowded. I appreciated the amenity kits left for us that included a small amount of kitchen and laundry soap as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps. My only complaint was the sheets. They were horrible quality and we were there for 9 nine days. It’s time to upgrade them. Everything else was fantastic!

Good place to stay

The place was big enough to hold everyone. My biggest complaint is the refrigerator where half the plastic bins are broken and difficult to use. We loved having the other small refrigerators and they came in handy. Minor fix ups on the property would be great (mainly in the bathrooms). The few small problems we had on arrival were fixed immediately and that service was great. I would stay here again. I appreciated the chair rental that came with the apartment.

To Many Rules and Codes

After reserving condo was contacted by compass told I had to fill out more stuff online, then was told there was additional charges for wrist bands to be able to access accommodations on property, like pool beach gym, another 60.00 after paying premium for the condo, then you had to enter codes to get to pool hot tub and beach areas, with hands full you have to stop put stuff down enter codes, it was just a pain!! On ck out I was told to put clean dishes from the cabinet into dishwasher to make a full load, really who says that, we had only used a few forks, so I stated that to person I hated to run dishwasher with only few forks, maybe I could just hand wash them, but was told rule was to run them in dishwasher!!! Condo is nice but would not stay there again.

Beautiful Condo & Beach

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo! We especially liked having 2 master suites with King beds in both! The beach was also gorgeous and very convenient & close. Wish the beach chairs were included with our rental. Also would love to have had a rocker recliner in the living area as well as handicapped grab bars in the showers for older guests! Overall we throughly enjoyed our trip and hope to return soon! Highly recommend this unit!

Amazing condo!

This condo is in an amazing location, so close to everything you need. The fridge went out on us the first night and after I called we had a new temporary fridge delivered. The beach is a super short walk away! I would definitely stay here again.

Overall happy with our stay! First floor is great for access and end unit is nice and quiet. The bathroom of the 2nd master could use some updates but the rest of the condo is great!

Great family beach trip - strict HOA

The condo was beautiful just like the beach. We had a wonderful time, with separate beds for each of my four children and a separate sweet for my parents. Beautiful views ! Everything with the condo was very nice. My only complaint was the HOA was very strict about beach rules and gave preferential treatmenttosome guests. No private umbrellas anywhere on the beach and most of the setups were already reserved, though most were empty. Additionally, even though we were following the rules, we were asked twice to move because other long-term repeat visitors did not like us being near them, even though we were in the water. We gave up trying to come during the day, just coming in the morning and in the late afternoon when the setups were cleaned up and we could really enjoy the beach without the harassment. Once we figured that out, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing family vacation

The location of this condo was amazing and right on the beach! The size of the rooms and closets were above our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils as well as two kitchenettes. Only complaint was the pillows were too thin and hard and late check out was tan issue (not good for a baby that needs a nap before the plane) Other than that, we had zero issues
