The newly renovated kitchen is sure to inspire the inner chef in you with its granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances while the Primary Suite begs you to relax in the luxury bathroom featuring double shower heads in the giant walk-in shower. Really though, 1550 turns even the most energetic person into a beach bum- it’s impossible not to relax on the sugar-white sand below.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
