Absolutely gorgeous condo! Everything was perfect from the views to the clean comfortable beds. The kids were especially excited that even the pull-out couch mattress was very comfortable. The coffee bar with all essentials and snack basket with a bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Julie was very easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and was the best host. We will definitely be staying again.

Marvelous moments

Our stay was perfect! Beautiful accommodations with a lovely beach setting and gorgeous weather. Our host provided everything we needed and went way beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There are wonderful places to eat very close by. We really enjoyed it and hope to do it again.

Exceptional Condo with Spectacular View of the Gulf

A truly outstanding unit that is extremely clean and instantly welcomes you to a spectacular view of the Gulf. It has very comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen for all needs. The unit also has a recently updated master bathroom shower that is extremely satisfying after a fun day on the beach.Pelican Beach Resort is professionally managed and is ideally located to Destin's many restaurants and activities.... we love staying here!

Excellent Host, Beautiful condo!

Top Notch Host from beginning to end! Communication was great, host was accommodating to whatever we needed which was not anything because she had every detail thought out for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo! It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation.

Everything you needed and then some

Owner provided everything to make an easy and comfortable stay. Plenty of paper products, lots of beach stuff to include coolers, beach bags, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use and convenience. She was super responsive and helpful...the condo was beautiful, beds comfortable....would highly recommend this rental!

Awesome

We rented this place for couple of days and Julie helped and guided us. Her regular checkins over messages helped us with lot of things. Place is awesome and we were able to view sunrise and an awesome beach view through out the day.

Breathtaking view from balcony

I could wake up to this view every day! The condo was very clean and everything that we needed was provided. Julie was so easy to work with. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Julie's condo. We highly recommend!

Perfect vaca getaway!

Julie was a wonderful host. She is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She even had a bottle of wine and water on our arrival. The place was super clean! Nicely decorated and kitchen well furnished. Great view and convenient to all the places we wanted to eat. Very enjoyable weekend getaway!

Property was great, just as stated and pictured on site. The host Julie, was attentive, checking in with us several times throughout our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was beautifully decorated and she thought of everything we may need for our stay. All beach necessities, toiletries, even a welcome gift, . Totally not necessary but a nice gesture. Felt like home away from home. Definitely a 10 rating from us. Would definitely recommend Julie’s property!!

August 21-26th

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything was exactly as pictured. The owner was available for any questions we had about the area and provided recomendations for area restaurants. The condo had everything you needed for a perfect vacation and was way above our expectations! Even the furniture on the balcony was great to watch the dolphins in the mornings!

The stay

Julie was great from the beginning. Accommodated all our needs. Sent us a huge list of things to do and places to eat. The view you get from her condo is amazing. The resort as a whole is wonderful. Cant wait to book with julie again. She is 5 star.

Great place!

Had a great experience, The host Julie was great and made this experience for us very easy. This was our first time at Destin and she gave great recommendations on what to do and great restaurant to eat at. Would definitely stay at her place at Pelican resort again. She made sure we were took care of the whole 7 days we were there. Thanks again Julie for a great experience!

Perfect Beachfront Condo!

Our stay in Destin was amazing from start to finish! Julie is a great host who is very attentive, communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. The condo itself is exactly as advertised, stocked with plenty of the essentials! The Condo has incredible views of the ocean and it's just steps from the beach! The perfect location to access all Destin has to offer. Thanks for a great vacation, we highly recommend!!

Fun Getaway

Everything about this property was great!! The owner was so easy to communicate with. The condo had everything we needed! Including paper towels, hand soap, & shampoo etc! The kids enjoyed the pool, beach & tiki bar. The condo was extremely clean & comfortable. We felt like we were home! We will definitely be back.

Awesome Birthday Getaway!

Julie is an excellent host. Great communication from the start. Her condo was beautiful & very inviting. The Welcome basket was amazing filled with snacks, water, & even flip flops & towel. The best welcome I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. Of course you can’t beat the view!! Thanks again. Would rent again.

Beach Getaway

Me and my husband needed a getaway. I had never booked through VRBO. This was a wonderful first time experience. Julie is an amazing host. She’s organized and is always available for any questions. She made it so easy. The room was beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!
