6-20-22 Overall stay was good, but was very disappointed in the stained & torn furniture and wobbly chairs (1st floor).
I called Realjoy. Customer service rep Lisa, was super nice. She sent a guy to the house to check out our concerns and a gift card for reimbursement for the coffee pot. He took pictures and said he would have maintenance come out to fix the chairs. No one sat at the table due to the wobbliness . As of 6-25-22, no one had come.
6-22-22, the living room ceiling fan had stopped. I called Realjoy. They had us check the breakers, but it didn't fix the problem. They had maintenance come to check it out the next morning. He couldn't fix it. There were NO remotes for any of the fans in the house. He talked to his supervisor on the phone, and was told the owner had taken the remotes because they didn't work and new ones had been ordered. While he was there I showed him the condition of the chairs & furniture. He admitted he wouldn't sit on them either.He told me the owners had been at the house 10 days prior to our visit! Seriously? He would pass our concerns to his boss, Miranda. That was 6-23-22. As of 7-2-22, we have heard nothing.

(This is just part of her email to us) Thank you so much for reaching out to us on this. I apologize that the unit did not come to what as you expected it to be. We understand the stains on the furniture may be unsightly, but in a vacation home, wear and tear of this nature is normal, but we cannot just replaced them immediately without owner's approval. We can bring this to the owner's attention and see if this is something that can be addressed in the future, but I'm afraid we can't do more than that during your stay. We can send a maintenance to have them repaired for you during your stay and send another staff to clean the grill.
As of 6-25-22, no one had come. We were very disappointed in Marie's response. We have never stay at a rental with stained and torn furniture!! There's more & pictures, but ran out of room to post.
