MD getaway

Super comfortable and adorable! The patio is the best place to unwind and watch the sunsets. Such easy access to the private beach and having the chairs and umbrellas already up and ready to go was amazing.

Wonderful to place to stay! Very nice and clean! Wonderful views and would love to go back again!! Owners very helpful with suggestions of things to do while visiting! We had an awesome week with family! The offshore fishing trip was a blast!! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Awesome property!

awesome stay! Perfect location, just a short drive to everything. The property was very roomy and clean. Kimberly was very generous and allowed us to check in early due to our party arriving earlier than expected. Private beach is a walk away and it was perfect. Gated community makes us feel safe and secured. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot!

The condo was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The bunk room was great for our teens, and the property was nice for them to walk around and do their own thing. The view from the balcony was great! The owner was very responsive and friendly and the location was close to all the things we wanted to do. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs and umbrella that were included with our rental.

Nice place minor AC issue

Place was nice and as described. Only issue we had was the AC did not blow in the bedroom with bunk beds. We put a fan at the door to pull cool air into the room so it was ok.

AMAZING

WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE. IT WAS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE STAYED ON THE BEACH. THE HOST WAS WONDERFUL. I LEFT MY DIRTY CLOTHES BAG(THE KIDS HELPING PACK UP) SHE CALLED ON OUR WAY HOME AND TOLD ME. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND AND I TOLD HER I WOULD PAY AND SHE SAID 'NO WORRIES JUST COME BCK AND VISIT" WE HAD A PERFECT WEEK.

Perfect Location, Perfect Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Our group loved the facility amenities and amazing proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed all the sand toys, wagon, etc. that were already at the property (coming from a long distance it’s hard to pack those things). It made our stay so much more immersive. We also really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen equipment was. Thanks so much!!

Perfect Spot

This property was the perfect vacation spot. The condo was just like the pictures looked. It was beautifully decorated, supplied with all we needed, comfortable and cozy. The wagon to transport everything to the beach was a huge help! Parking easy and accessible. I loved that the beach was a short walk and that the pool area was adjacent so easy to go back and both and also provided easy restroom access - no need to trudge back to the room. Surrounding areas offered much entertainment and dining or you could never leave the location and be happy. Thanks so much to the Millers for sharing their slice of heaven!

4th of July!

A nice quiet condo complex. Check in process was simple, plenty of parking, beach access convenient! We were able to see the harbor fireworks from the balcony with a fantastic view! Love that it was an end unit as well! We had few very minor hiccups but the owner is the most responsive host we have ever dealt with. This condo has everything you need to feel at home while on vacation! There aren’t any restaurants or bars on the beach-but plenty of places close within driving distance.

Condo was very nice. Pool was not heated this year. This is 5th year staying at Inlet Reef and this year they decided to not heat pool due to budget reasons. Very disappointing!

10/10 recommend!!!

The condo was exactly as picture and imagined. It was very nice and comfortable! We had 8 adults and 2 children with us and we all slept/lived very comfortably!! Everything was nice and clean upon arrival and the condo itself is conveniently located close to everything. We loved that the beach was RIGHT THERE. With a 6 month old in 100° weather, I made many very easy trips to and from to allow her to cool off and nap. The only thing that could’ve made our trip even better would’ve been extra towels! There were 7 towels and 8 bodies so daily (sometimes twice daily) showers were hard. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer in the unit for us to use. I look forward to staying here again!

Great condo in quiet area

Loved the double bunk beds in third bedroom- one of the main features we look for when booking. Very responsive host family. Really enjoyer the stay.

Awesome! Highly recommend!

Somehow we lucked out and rented this awesome condo last minute after hurricane Ian destroyed Ft Myers Island. Kimberly was great to communicate with and super flexible. The condo is very clean, spacious and provided anything we needed. Easy access to the pool and beach. We are already making plans to come back next year!

Wonderful

The condo was amazing very easy access to the beach and has all the necessities. Didn't not have to drive and find parking or public access to the beach which we absolutely loved. Short walking distance to the beach is a plus. Communication between the host and us was super quick. We absolutely loved to stay in this property 💞💞💞💞
