    You will feel on top of the world in this beautiful condo located on the 18th floor of Pelican Beach Resort. The living room is a great place for a small group to relax after a long day at the beach & the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to fuel up for the day. The updated furnishings and excellent location make this the perfect vacation home for you and your family.



    The ocean is just steps away, where you'll find miles of gorgeous beaches. Want to test your surfing skills out before hitting the sea? Head over to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park first. You'll also find great local restaurants, such as Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House & you can shop until your heart's content at Destin Commons.

    BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.

3 pools and 2 hot tubs were great. Drinks at the cabana $$$ but they hit the spot. Food at cafe was delicious. Pancakery and BackPorch restaurants were within a mile walking distance. Right on beach. Room was a little outdated furniture and carpet but perfectly fine. Mattress could be replaced soon. Great balcony views!!

Perfect getaway for our son's birthday! He utilized the beach closet and loved watching the dolphins from the balcony each morning, and enjoyed finding seashells and walking the beach each sunrise/sunset, as we all did! The room was perfect got us, cozy, clean lived in. We found everything we needed for what we utilized the space for, and the host was very helpful.

Great value

The property was one of the best values that I have encountered in vacations. It was a great location and a great room and the location held everything that I wanted. A friendly staff makes everything come together.

Pelican Getaway

A nice place to enjoy the fantastic views of Destin. We loved being on one of the upper floors to enjoy the ocean view. The condo was clean, typical layout. A great trip overall.

Great Destin Experience!

Beautiful 18th floor condo right on the beach with beach decor throughout. Very clean and comforting. The bunkbed was perft for my girls. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing view!

Staff was great! The place was amazing! After being screwed over by other listings after driving from Missouri, we were looking for something emergently! Used VRBO and found this place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for saving my vacation!

Great Views and Safe Place

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. The view of the ocean and the pool areas were excellent. It had a very homey feel. 10/10 would stay here again! Only suggestion is to change shower curtain and replace broken balcony chair.

It wasn’t so much the condo itself except it is outdated and the carpet is questionable. The main issue is the two page set of rules you get and have to sign when you check in with the front desk. This isn’t a just walk up to your room, you have to stop at the front desk. We haven’t had any issues with other VRBOs with smoking on the balcony but not here and you don’t find that out until you get there. I would advise that you get a copy of the entire rules before you go, that was only one of many rules. We actually booked a townhouse within site of the condo and left.

Great stay!

The unit could use a refresh but we didn’t really mind. The kids loved the pools and beach. We loved the location and convenience of the resort. We’d stay again. It’s nice to have 2 bathrooms in a small unit so that’s definitely a bonus! Thanks for sharing with us.

Great View, needs remodeled

Great view and booking was simple and easy. Master bed is extremely uncomfortable and carpet in bedroom is kinda dirty and sticky. Rest of the unit was nice and clean.

Overall, it was a good stay. Needed updates: large stain on middle cushion on couch, broken chair on balcony, shower curtain has mold, bathroom rack needs cleaning, dust needs to be cleaned off ceiling by vent in living room, and hallway.
