Everything was as listed except the original listing had shown there was a hot tub on property. There was not. That amenity has since been deleted. The unit was sufficient and we had ease of access to the beach because you could just walk up to the second floor without having to use the elevators. One elevator was being repaired. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and dish soap. The shower was great with good water pressure and lots of hot water. The view was magnificent.

The view of the ocean from the living room and balcony was great. The sound of the waves on the beach was wonderful. The unit was clean, well stocked, and decor was delightful. The towels in the bathroom were cushy and soft, the bedding was lovely, and the kitchen had an array of helpful items. The host responded almost immediately to questions and concerns. Destin’s sandy beaches are very appealing and this location was great. Due to cooler weather in March we only used the pool area once, but the area was well kept and the water pleasant.

We had a mishap with the sheets that was a little unsettling upon arriving, but the owner immediately took care of it! They gave great communication and even helped us extend our stay when we decided we weren’t quite ready to go home! The beaches and property are beautiful and clean. The only complaint we’d have (completely out of their control) would be the umbrella/beach service takes up the whole beach and made it a little challenging to get a spot where you could be up by the water. This was everywhere we saw though, every beach! Weather was amazing and the condo has everything you’d need. Amazing sunrises and sunsets!

Great Location

We could not have asked for a better location! The condo was very clean and decorated well. You have a great view of the water and tennis courts. It is a short drive to Publix and the marina where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. We loved it!

Beautifully decorated and clean condo with a lovely beach view. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots for cooking. Second floor is great...elevator is available if you choose. Location is great! Would stay again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect — close to the beach, dining, and everything we wanted to do in Destin. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel so welcoming from the moment we walked in.We were especially impressed with how well-stocked it was with extra amenities and supplies — everything from kitchen essentials to beach gear was thought of, which made our trip so much easier. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and thoughtfully prepared place in Destin!

Leena’s 1st bday

First time in Destin to celebrate granddaughters 1st birthday and it was wonderful! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed.It was close to the beach which was perfect. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back again!

Lovely vacation spot!

Would highly recommend booking here! The check-in was easy, the condo was very clean and a comfortable temperature. This spot is right next to the beach so if you’re looking for somewhere close by, this is it! All you have to do is take the walkway and you’re there. As far as the condo goes, it’s very clean, well decorated, and some labels are around to help navigate where things are located. The Host also had a binder on the coffee table of recommendations for dining, activities, and more which were nice to read through! We were able to easily cook meals and use the fridge for our needs during our stay. However, the location is nearby plenty of restaurant options (The Donut Hole, Domo Izakaya, Merlin’s Pizza were some of our favs - all within 10-15 min drive depending on traffic) if you’re looking to go out. The evening atmosphere was very quiet and other patrons seemed respectful of the rules - no issues at all with noisy activities or neighbors at nighttime, which was great. The beach of course was beautiful and did not feel overcrowded whatsoever and the umbrella service at the beach was great to use as well. At the end of the day this condo was a great cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of activities and lazing at the beach, would definitely recommend booking here!

We loved our stay here! Such a pretty view. We had everything we needed in the condo. Pool was nice. It was closed for cleaning a few times but always open by mid morning. They had a lot of beach gear in the closet to use but honestly the beach service was decent priced and so convenient. The service in that area is terrible so just make sure to connect to both the condo wifi and the racquet club wifi so your phone can switch between the two. The handheld shower was a blessing with 2 little ones. We literally just put them both in the tub from the beach and hosed them down in the tub. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. Laundry was on 4th and 6th floor and was easy to figure out. It wasn’t too bad not having laundry in the unit.

Excellent

Great place to stay in the Destin area. Very quiet complex. Got to see fish, jellyfish, pelicans, gulls, and a dolphin even swam by the beach. Close to all the area restaurants. Would highly recommend.
