I really like this property. This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. It’s got plenty of room and is close to everything. It has everything you need.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.

First of all the dishes and silverware were dirty . The house smelled awful. Washer and dryer does not work good at all . The security guards and property managers are not on the same page as far as having 3 vehicles 1 says u can the other says no the senior security guard is a joke and is lost . U have ppl park 4-5 cars around their property with nothing being said . Is filters (water filters) need to be changed . This community is a waste of money ALL IN ALL THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

Beach time

Wonderful place which suited our family needs perfectly. Great location, 2 houses away from the pool (pool was NOT heated). And about 4 easy blocks to the beach. House had wagon, 2 umbrellas and chairs we could take to the beach.

Beach it up

The house was very nice looking at first glance but the cleanliness was lacking. I called and spoke with management and they took notes. The community pool was nice when there wasnt a bunch of unsupervised kids. The beach was a 15 min walk. I would have liked to be closer. The closest beach accesses were mostly private beaches so the public beach was quite a ways down. Overall, for the first time to Destin, it was ok. Located in a very commercialized area.

Beach ya to it

We enjoyed our stay here so much. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. It is very close to the beach and pool. We enjoyed both! We cooked in some nights and ate out some. All appliances were in great working order, loved the ice maker. The vacation haven boxes were a special treat. We all enjoyed the deck on the second floor. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and big and clean.

Pretty beach house

The house is very nice and sleeps up to 12 people. The furnishings are clean and the neighborhood is pretty. The lagoon pool is great. It was easy to use the beach shuttle several times to get to the beach and back. The only negative was a problem with the clothes dryer. It quit on our first full day there and was never repaired before we left. We had to hang towels, etc., outside to dry.

The Cozy Corner

The beautiful rental property was perfect for my family of five and my parents to get away for Spring Break. The home itself was spacious, cozy and filled with all of the necessities and more. My kids loved spending their days and evenings at the amazing heated lagoon style pool located a block away or at the beach less located less than a half mile away. We were also impressed with the prompt response from Vacation Haven with the small things that we needed help with. My family loved it so much that we hope to return again in the future. We highly recommend it!

Labor Day Stay

The overall trip was awesome and the house was perfect! The only negative was that our house code didn’t work for check in so we had to wait for a maintenance worker to come by and help change the code/ fix. They were timely and were at the house within 30 minutes. Great spacious house perfect for a beach trip.

Family getaway

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The beds are super comfortable. Pool area very nice. Loved the shuttle bus that picked you up and brought you back from the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is walking distance to the pool and less than a mile from the beautiful beach. The kitchen is complete and has plenty of plates and glasses, utensils and we love the ICE Maker!!! We will definitely come back and refer it to our friends. Thank you Beach Ya To It!!!

Worth booking.

Property was very nice. Only complaint is if you are going to advertise a Tiki Bar located at the pool. You should let people know it is only for looks and serves no purpose.

Spacious and cozy!

The property was very nice and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need! Room for everyone in our party and a great fit! The full size bunk beds were excellent for our group. We encountered a few issues but they were remedied as quickly as possible and with little inconvenience. Pool is nice and the kids really enjoyed it. Would certainly stay here again!

Property was very dirty.

The first thing that we encountered when we entered this property were two dead roaches. One under the sofa and one in master bathroom in first floor. There was hair (pubic) on toilet seats and on pillow in room upstairs. The liner on door of washing machine was full of mold. It stunk so bad. Maintenance was sent out to try and clean it but all they did was scrub the outside of the liner and run the machine with vinegar. That liner needs to be replaced. The ice maker was the same. Full of mold. The oven was not cleaned. It was full of oil and when we turned it on, it smoked the whole place. The floors were dirty, sandy still. The furniture is dirty and stained. I spent more time cleaning this disgusting property than enjoying time with my family. What’s the purpose of paying a cleaning fee if they are going to do such a horrible job with the basic cleaning?? The refrigerator hardly kept drinks cold. The photos make this place look spacious but in reality, it’s very small for 12 people. Not enough seating for everyone to be together. Then the closets are not useful. Master closet is full of dirty lips, vacuum and bunch of random stuff. The bunk bed room closet, is full of extra blankets, unable to put anything away. The “short” walk to beach is not short. And then if you are planning to set up a tent on beach, you only have a very small designated area due to private beach for condos. I will never rent from this neighborhood again. I do not recommend it. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing, this neighborhood is not it. The only good thing about this trip was that the beach water was super clear and even though we had overcast, it did not rain on us.

Beach Ya To It = Amazing!!!

I do not have enough great things to say about this property - It was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do the property justice, it is even better in person! My husband and I spent the week here with our 2 children and both of our parents and the house was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for all of us to have our privacy and feel relaxed. The bunk room with the full beds was perfect for our children (and then some). Our children loved having the extra couch upstairs with a TV for their "own living area." The stand-alone ice maker in the kitchen was a great bonus for filling up coolers before heading to the beach. The pool area and neighborhood community was super nice and everyone was very friendly. It was a short, flat stroll to the beach with nice scenery along the way. Thank you for a great trip and for making everything so simple and amazing for us!
