Condo was wonderful, just as described in listing. My family of six fit perfectly for the week. We were there in winter off season so a lot of things were not available in town but we still had a good time and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views. We were there for New Year’s Eve night and the fireworks display was fantastic from the balcony. We also found an earlier evening display about 20 minutes away on one of the boardwalks. Overall a wonderful trip and condo was great. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean overall. Several types of appliances for cooking. Good utensils and dishes for a larger group. Good amount of space and very big balcony. A few things but not major deal breakers…*several outlets in the living area and master bedroom did not work. *pans for cooking could use an update or additional pans especially if you have a larger family. *shower door in master bedroom does not stay closed fully without a towel holding it closed. Thank you!

Great stay

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. We had no issues at all. Property was clean, plenty of room and stocked with everything you might need. We had 6 adults and 1 child. Would definitely recommend.

Upsetting

I booked this condo as part of a trip for my husband/me & our friends. We were driving from IN, stopping 2 nts in Nashville, then to Destin for 4 more nts, then home. Literally SEVEN days before we leave, I received a VM from the condo's rental mgmt company stating that the condo owners are now insisting that our stay be 5 nts, not the 4 nts that I booked. When I searched for a property back in early Sept for a 4 nt stay, this unit came up as an option. This owner accepted my deposit then without mentioning anything about it needing to be 5 nts & again when I made my final deposit 1 month before our trip, they accepted that, no mention of enforcing a 5 nt stay. Imagine how upsetting this was to hear a week before we were to leave. AND the owners told the rental mgmt company that the 5th night HAD to be the day before our original check in which would negatively impact our Nashville stay. I called the rental company, spoke to Danielle, explained why I was upset about this abrupt change on the owners part, why we couldn't change plans & that it was totally unfair. She tried very hard to get the owners to budge & they wouldn't. Thankfully she was able to give US resolution & literally saved our trip, Danielle was incredible & I can't thank her enough. What those owners did to us was reprehensible. Be very careful when you book with them. It was spring break, we had little to no options, they knew that. It's a terrible thing to do to people trying to enjoy a vacation.

Great mother-daughter vacay!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful unit with great views and a nice breeze. Clean, well organized, beautifully decorated… We loved it so much! It was exactly what we hoped for and the beach was amazing. Great memories were made!

Amazing place!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week and it was incredible! The place was so clean and spacious! Everyone had their own space and we wanted for nothing! The view and proximity to everything was amazing! So many wonderful memories made and this place had a lot to do with it!

Amazing!

We have been staying at Pelican beach resort for 10 years. However this is the first time we rented a 3 bedroom in the Terrace. We worried that losing the view directly on the beach would put a damper on the experience. We were wrong! While you do give up the spectacular view of the water, you gain the view of the city, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. You also can see the fireworks on Thursday night perfectly. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. Although the knifes could be sharpened. Having 3 bedrooms and restrooms was perfect for our party of 6. The shower door in the master did not stay closed without some assistance. Beds were comfortable and couches as well. The storage closet does have some beach chairs and boogies boards. Having washer and dryer in the unit was great! We went home will all clean laundry. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very nice and the condo was awesome. Our only suggestion would be to add blackout shades in the bedrooms. Otherwise it is perfect. Highly recommended.

Nice Condo

This condo is nicely decorated. The view is beautiful 😍 this is what we loved the most. The condo has 3 rooms and 3 restrooms. It was perfect for our family of 6. (2 adults, 4 kids.) The beach access was very convenient 👌I messaged management twice and I immediately got a response. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I didnt like was that the door in the master restroom shower doesn't really stay closed. It kept sliding back open but it wasnt a big deal.
