We had some initial issues but ultimately a great stay! Had to move from our first condo due to construction in above unit. 2nd condo had beautiful view but maintenance had to address some issues and they were attentive. Destin in December is hit or miss with with the weather and it rained almost entire trip BUT the beach is so GORGEOUS that we enjoyed it despite the rain!

Penthouse Stay

Overall...very responsive property management. Great access to the beach. Balcony view were beautiful. Umbrella and chair services was a nice bonus. Had a few problems with hot watervat kitchen sink for a couple days as the dishwasher was being replaced.

WOW! Loved this beach condo!

I absolutely loved this beach condo! My sister and I took my two small boys to the beach for a few days and it was such a lovely condo, the atmosphere was peaceful and felt highend. The kitchen had everything we needed, the view is spectacular. Having two king bedroom suites felt amazing and the kids loved the bunk beds. The parking is easy and super close, luggage carts were easy to grab and the walk down to the beach is insanely close! My only suggestion to owners would be to brighten the bunk room up, the kids were feeling a bit left out once they saw the other two rooms haha. It was a special condo i felt lucky to have found and would definitely book again. We were there in Jan and the pool is HEATED to a super comfrtable temp (guessing it was about 92 degrees) and the hot tub is HOT. The snowbirds were all super friendly.

Holiday Trip

We had a great time and really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious and had updated furniture and fixtures. The beach access was easy and the heated pool was perfect during the cold days between Christmas and New Years. We will definitely return to this place someday.

Perfect Multifamily Condo

Beautiful condo with the perfect location! This was a new property for our annual Destin vacation. The condo was perfectly set up with two separate master bedrooms and a kid room. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We love Sterling Sands!

Another successful trip to Destin. This is a great condo. There were minimal issues with the refrigerator, but everything else was great and as listed on VRBO. This was our 4th time at Sterling Sands (a different condo each year). It’s a great spot!

Amazing place!!

The place was incredible! It looked exactly as it did online. So wonderful to wake up on the beach every day. The place was clean, the pool was clean, and the beach was powdered sugar sand. Everything was amazing. We would definitely stay again. Grateful for a nice place like this to go to.

Clean,Soacious and Beautiful Condo

We loved the condo and everything was perfect in it but the management company not so much. The gym was closed and we weren’t aware and there was zero compensation or care about it. Also renting of the beach chairs should be mentioned because they show pics of them and we would’ve brought our own.

Beautiful and Convenient!

This room is insanely beautiful! Looks just like the pictures. Both king room suites were so spacious with huge closets and big bathrooms! The bunk room has bean bag chairs which the kids loved! Since it’s a corner room, you can see everything around you through the windows. It was right across the street from Alvin’s Island, Merlin’s Pizza which was pretty good, and also a Liquer store. It was located 5 min from Starbucks and the mall etc. the grocery stores were all really close - Publix, Walmart and whole foods. The beach was insanely beautiful. The room came with one umbrella and 2 chairs per day with the option to rent more. We had a blast and would def stay again! Don’t hesitate to book! Honestly the only downside was maybe the beds could have been a little more comfy but I’m spoiled with the one I have at home and also maybe I’m just getting older. It wouldn’t stop be from staying again.. that’s for sure! Loved our time here and will be back!

Amazing Stay

My family booked this rental as an end of the Summer trip and we absolutely loved it! The front desk welcomed us with floating tubes for my kids, the condo was spotless with an amazing view and came with front row beach chairs that made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend and return!

Vacation

We had a great time. We arrived after hours and all the items we needed for our stay were on the counter. The condo was spacious for the 5 of us. The condo was on the end so we had a wrap around spacious deck. There was a small private deck off the spacious 2nd bedroom. We had 2 dedicated beach chairs of which we purchased 2 more since someone was always in the water. We had a dedicated parking space. In the morning we were able to see dolphins moving down the coastline. We were 0.4 miles from the Back Porch, one of our two favorite places to eat in Destin, so we were able to walk there one evening. The view was great, the condo was great and we all had a great time.

Beautiful & Comfortable Unit

This unit is as gorgeous as it looks. Cleanliness was good, but did notice that the inside of drawers were not cleaned. We were disappointed that the master tub did not have hot water and the coffee maker was a pain to fill the water tank and change the filter. We had a minor blimp with accessing the pool since the code we were emailed was incorrect, but had we read the paper packets we were given at check-in, the correct information was stated in there. When we called the manager, they were friendly, quick & helpful. Only suggestions I have is a better coffee maker, hooks in the bathrooms to hang beach and bath towels, hooks in entry way to hang jackets/bags (though I respect wanting to keep clean lines!), and simpler communication. We had so many texts and emails that it was hard to find the info we needed because we couldn't remember which format they came in. Another bummer was the way the beach service is set up. Apparently, guests that come Sat.-Sat. are given a better chance at front row and we were only a Mon-Fri. so we were given 2nd row each day. We talked with the guys in the hut and they were able to accommodate getting us in the front on our last day and we so appreciated it. Having toddlers made that prime seating for that reason not to mention the gorgeous view, but we understand there is a rotation. Location is amazing and there is so much to do. Property was truly beautiful, and I hope we come back soon.

Perfect condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! We will most definitely be back again! It was even more beautiful than the photos! It was decorated so beautifully! We really appreciated all of the professional touches and all of the serving dishes, great coffee pot, new appliances and great bedding! It’s the little things that really made this feel like home and we are so happy with everything! Even down to the pillows! It was very spacious as we had 5 adults and a 2 year old. The view was stunning! I felt like we were living in a magazine! So grateful for the owners to share their home. You can tell by their condo that they are very particular people because not one detail was missed! Can’t say enough great things and would recommend this to anyone we know! It was our first time in Destin and we will be back!
