The layout is open and easy: a sun-filled living space flows into the kitchen and dining area, done up in the crisp whites and soft blues that make a Gulf Coast home feel like a deep exhale. Six king bedrooms keep most of the group in real comfort, while two bunk rooms — four twins stacked in each — are made for the kids and a week of giggling past lights-out. Eight full bathrooms plus a half bath mean no one's ever waiting on a shower.

The fun lives out back and downstairs: a foosball table, a shuffleboard table that turns into a tournament by day three, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. When the sun's out, the whole house drifts outside — to the private pool and built-in spa, the covered dining area set for long meals, and the balconies where someone's always perched with a coffee.

Lyle sits in Crystal Beach, with sugar-white sand and emerald water just a few blocks away. Spend mornings on the Gulf, then explore Henderson Beach State Park's dune trails. Destin Commons is minutes up the road for shopping and dinner, and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk, a short drive west, is your launch point for fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and waterfront seafood.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
