We had a group of 13 (9 adults and 4 kids), and this house worked out great for us. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the layout made it easy for the whole group to relax comfortably. The home was very well maintained, and everything felt clean and in great condition.The location was excellent — it was an easy walk to the beach, and the golf cart was a huge bonus that made getting around simple and fun. The community amenities were very nice, and the pool area was especially impressive with something for everyone in our group to enjoy. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, easily accommodating our large group when cooking meals together. The bathrooms were also a standout — modern, clean, and very nice.The only downside was that the community basketball courts were closed for repairs the entire week without advance notice, which was disappointing since our kids were really looking forward to using them.The smart home technology caused a few minor hiccups with the TVs, sound system, and pool heat, but the property managers were very responsive and helped resolve issues quickly, which we appreciated.Overall, this is a great house with plenty of room for large groups, a fantastic location, and excellent amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
