Amazing Place...but security made an unpleasant impression
Condo was even better looking than the pictures. Could not have been better. Day 2 of our stay, we forgot the door key in condo. We ask Security at front gate for help and the guy was extremely rude and refused to help saying...."It's not his job", you need to call the Management office. Well...it was 11pm at night and office was closed. WITH OUT HIS HELP, we found a number to after hours and the lady who answered did not know the code to the front door to let us in saying...."She has not been at the property in over 4 years...."
Other guest let us in, no thanks to Security or the after hours person.
Funny thing is. THERE IS A SIGN IN THE ELEVATOR SAYING..."ANY PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS TO ROOM CALL SECURITY!"
The place was an amazing place but they dropped the ball majorly on helping us when we forgot our key.
Its just sad they we were treated this way in such a nice place. Will we stay again? Probably, but maybe not. We deserve to be treated better than that.
