Best property in Destin!

The location and views were amazing! This unit was an end unit with lots of light, very spacious, and it has an ice machine in the unit that made it so convenient to take a cooler down to the beach. Highly recommended this unit! Thanks for having us!

Another great visit to beautiful Destin Gulfgate

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Gulfgate many times going back to the 1990's. Each time I have left with a heavy heart because love being there so much. I am impressed with everything about Gulfgate but perhaps the most impressive aspect of each visit is how the rooms and amenities seem to get better each time. The owners do a great job of maintaining and improving the entire property. The rooms are spacious, the deck is by far the best I have ever seen at a condo and every condo is so well furnished. We have many times invited family members and friends to stay with us and it never fails that they say it is the best condo they have ever seen.

After driving 12-hrs, from Texas, to arrive at the Sundestin and learn that we did not have a unit, Gulfgate literally saved the day!!! Now that we have stayed a Gulfgate, we will not return to Sundestin. Nothing against the Sundestin, we just loved our stay at Gulfgate, so much more!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

The passing of Hurricane Helene to our east provided 24 hours of adventure and high surf but no real problems. We’ve stayed at DG many time over the years and it just gets better. It is well maintained, modernized, and the unit was outfitted with all the needed or could ask for. The staff members are outstanding as well. For the experience the value was excellent.

The place was well stocked you just need to buy food and drinks and any seasonings you might prefer. The location was close to everything. The concierge on the beach were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!

Great views, great access to pool and beach. The ice maker is a game changer for the cooler. We are already booking our trip for next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall amazing experience in this unit. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen in any condo we have ever stayed in. Not really any complaints, just would like to suggest that you add cushions to the patio loungers. We really couldn’t use those for lack of comfort. During our stay only one elevator worked. The working elevator was the smaller of the two so that was interesting and time consuming.
