Perfect Condo!

We enjoyed every aspect of our 20th anniversary stay! The unit is nice and exactly as listed. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach and pools. Plenty of attractions and dining nearby. The owner was immediately responsive when contacted.

Great Condo

Clean, easy access to beach. Beach and pools were crowded, but we expected that this time of year, and overall it was not an issue. Our second trip to Pelican, and we are already looking at a future visit soon.

We stayed here just for the beach view. It was perfect. Wake up listening to the waves and watching the sunrise was the peace and serenity we were looking for. You couldn’t see the sunset due to corner of the building but that way ok. The boats would come and do the dolphin and sunset cruise right in front of the balcony so we would lookFor dolphins with our binos. The view makes this place perfect.

I booked this unit for my daughter’s honeymoon. She raved about how beautiful the unit was and easy accessibility to the beach. She was very pleased and was sad to leave. The property owner was a pleasure to work with. I recommend this property for your beachfront stay.

Great View, Great amenities and Great unit!

My husband and I stayed here for NYE staycation. The unit is very clean, updated and very spacious. the View is amazing, we enjoyed both sun rises and sun sets. the resort has heated pools, hot tub and indoor pool to enjoy swimming even in December!

Beautiful unit

This unit was immaculately clean. Upon our arrival, we walked in to a beautiful ocean front view, and cool AC which was very much appreciated. The unit is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated with updated furnishings. We have absolutely no complaints about the unit. The host was very nice and communicated very well which we also appreciate. This unit is definitely one we will be booking again

Amazing week!

We had an amazing week enjoying the beach. This unit is super clean, the owner had great communication and you can’t beat the view! We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the sunset in the evenings. The only negative which was not in the owners control was that there was construction going on in the building right outside the door beginning at 8am. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely book here again! We love Destin! Thank you.

Awesome Vacation

Had a great time. Enjoyed the beach very much. Only complaint is the umbrella management on the beach. I couldn’t even pay to sit into the first 4 rows of chairs because they were already reserved… some for the entire summer and the chairs sat empty. Fortunately, I worked out deal with the lifeguards to sit in front of their tower because I wasn’t going to let my 6 year old swim in the ocean without me watching.

Beautiful unit in an older but well-kept complex. condo had amazing views, was well stocked, and updated. Communication from the owner was superb, the best introductory information email I’ve ever received! The maintenance at the condo complex responded to a non-functioning television remote within minutes. The property has a variety of pools, and a little tiki bar which is handy for coming up for drinks from the beach. I recommend tenting beach chairs and an umbrella ahead of time, the owner has the information.

Amazing…did I say AMAZING views of the ocean from both inside the unit and on the balcony. It was like stepping into paradise!! The ocean was a clear Emerald and the sand was like stepping on cool white soft powder. Beautiful and clean unit with all the amenities you need. Great hospitality from the host and the resort. Food on the resort was good. We loved the convenience of the tiki hut and we rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach where there was service available for drinks. There were also chairs and an umbrella in the unit for your use. Resort also has 3 pools. We went to Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House located on the harbor for lunch and food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

gorgeous condo with sweeping views in a perfect spot in destin

this was our first visit to destin, and boy did we hit the jackpot! the condo was beautiful, well stocked (very thoughtful additions by owner that were over and above what we usually see when traveling), and had sweeping views of the gorgeous beach. the location was perfect! we had one small issue with a tv remote; sent the owner a message and the condo people had a new remote in place in under 20 minutes! now that's five star service! the owner sent out an info packet that was the most thorough and well written i've ever received, and we are frequent travelers! if you are planning on beach time, take advantage of the info provided about prepaying for front row beach spots provided by the owner (sooo convenient and the best spots are saved for you!). overall, we would definitely chose this property on our next trip to the destin area!!!
