  • ¡Bienvenido a la Unidad 1004 en la Terraza de Pelican Beach!

    Los nuevos propietarios de esta hermosa casa de apartamentos en alquiler para vacaciones están en proceso de renovación y mejora para que sus huéspedes tengan una experiencia aún mejor. Una vez que hayamos completado el trabajo, tomaremos nuevas fotos para que pueda ver todo el hermoso trabajo que se ha realizado. Mientras tanto, queremos compartir algunas de las cosas que ya hemos hecho para que pueda comprender cómo nuestra casa de vacaciones puede ser su hogar lejos del hogar durante los próximos años. Una cosa que no ha cambiado es la espectacular vista desde nuestro balcón de Pelican Beach y el golfo. ¡Nuestros huéspedes AMAN nuestra vista! Desde nuestro balcón del décimo piso, tiene una hermosa vista al golfo, vista al lago, vista a la bahía, vista al puente ... mientras contempla hermosas villas. Te encontrarás pasando mucho tiempo aquí. La vista es nada menos que impresionante. Puedes ver mucho de Destin desde aquí. Durante el verano, obtienes un asiento de primera fila en la exhibición de fuegos artificiales de Destin. Es simplemente increíble. No puedes estar mejor ubicado en Destin que en The Terrace at Pelican Beach. Está justo al otro lado de la calle del parque acuático Big Kahuna. ¡Tus hijos lo apreciarán!

Great family stay

The condo was clean and had great amenities provided. It also had updated decor, which was a nice surprise when our family walked in. Our kids loved the whole space as well.

Enjoyable

We always enjoy our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. The room we stayed in could definitely use some updates as most appliances were mediocre with parts missing or not working properly. We will definitely be back at Pelican but would reserve a different room.

Destin Vacation

Great location, great views of the beach, walking distance of all the stores and restaurants. This was a first trip to Florida with my parents on vacation and they were more than pleased with everything. To see both of them smile from ear to ear was more than I could have asked for. Thank you for the great place to stay and wonderful memories. Will definitely be back.

Would stay again!

Everything from start to finish was easy and stress free. The location was perfect! Beautiful view with a short 3min walk to the beach, a walk that was in the parking lot at that --no crossing traffic. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of living space for all of us. The chairs on the patio were comfortable and made for a nice relaxing place to hang out while we figured out what adventure we wanted to do next.

Overall A Good Stay

The location is good. The condo was nice. We had an awesome view of the fireworks for the 4th of July. Easy access to the beach. The beds weren't the most comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing, but maintenance did come out. There was broken bottles in the parking lot and it caused us to get a flat tire. No other issues.

Beach Break

The property was nice. Very clean. Handle in the one shower kept coming off. I text the number that was given for any issues upon check in. Didn’t get a reply. Also had a lot of communication issues with the property manager before our arrival.

Cheap

The description was accurate but what’s not said this the master ceiling fan very loud, no ac in bedrooms, pillows terrible, both showers where clogged and didn’t drain, toilets clogged with very little toilet paper, base min utensils, cheap: hand soap, tp, paper towels; floor unlevel and flooring coming up, dishwasher not installed correctly and causing issues, very loud washer/dryer, leaky iron. Just kinda cheaply renovation at a high price! Would recommend if they charged less then we would not be surprised. Kinda a let down.

Great location but very dirty

I would have expected way more from a property of this price level. The condo was filthy. This is not an exaggeration. We had to go buy a mop and mop the floors 4 times before the water was not black. We have a 10 month old with us to this was a major concern since she crawls. The dishes were nasty with caked on food. Some of the small appliances such as a food processor didn’t work so we were going to use the blender and it didn’t have a lid. The extra pillows and blankets were stained and dirty. I could go on and on about how poor the condo was for us. The location was great and roomy but that’s the only good things I can say about it. Very disappointed.

Was the worst place I have ever stayed it was dirty the restroom curtains had mold the floor were so dirty the bed sheets had mold the place was just terrible the dining chairs were all broken never ever staying on this place agin everything was falling apart the place was just bad and dirty looked like it wasn’t even cleaned before I checked in

Really enjoyed our stay, so close to the beach!

My family and I enjoyed our visit and how close we were to the beach. There was plenty to do around the area. The kids loved that the pool was temperature controlled.

Horrible checkin process

Waiting over 3 hours for anyone to help us with locating our condo. Would not stay here again. Horrible customer service. Don’t have an emergency issue because they will not help you.
