We loved our stay and the condo space! It was just enough space for our family of 4. It was cozy but we didn’t mind that and it was a cool place to rest in between fun! We loved having the pool right out the back door of our unit and then we were such a quick walk to the beach! The security of the gated community was nice also! Would stay again!!

Great Vacation and Rental Unit
From the moment we checked in with the on site manager, to the very end of the stay, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and the condo was very clean especially for my standards. I also loved that this condo had its own washer and dryer.
The only thing I would have liked more was if this was a king size bed but I’d stay here every time I come visit from now on!

good for small family but not large
The place is very small, about the size of a hotel room. however, beach access is just a short walk & the pool is right off the back deck. Also, the owner provides some beach toys chairs & umbrella which we found useful. the beds are firm but adequate. The kitchen does have plenty of pots pans and dishwear. check in was very simple and the staff was friendly.

Condo was as pictured. Wonderful & cozy for me. Found everything clean and as described. FYI - This condo does not have on the beach service BUT the owners have provided beach chairs to use. Easy & short walk to the beach. I love Sandpiper Cove condos.

We stayed in unit 8115 and loved it the condo was VERY clean and was just enough space for three people. We all loved how close we were to one of the pools and it was only a short walk to the beach. I also like that they have security at the gate and walking around. I would most definitely recommend this unit and I would stay in it again. It’s perfect. 🌴🏖️

The unit was perfect for our needs! Small and cozy! And convenient! Only about a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach. Very organized layout, not difficult getting in and out or finding the unit. Parking right at your door. I love that it’s a gated facility and I love having the security! Makes it a very organized and a well managed place! The unit was very clean!! And plenty of towels and places to put stuff even in a small unit. The best ever was the pool access directly off the back deck! And the extra beach equipment in the closet was a plus!!

Condo need updated umbrella and chairs. Umbrella small and flimsy. Collapsed every day as day went on and winds picked up. Small chair ripped 2nd day out when sat in. Front door very hard to open/close. Binds alot.

Great location...minutes to the Beach!
PROS:
- less than 5 minute walk to the beach
- nice quiet pool right outside the back door
- more than enough space for 2 adults
- Murphy bed was more comfortable than expected
- available beach cooler/cooler bag
- Sandpiper Cove staff were extremely pleasant and helpful
CONS:
- beach chairs & umbrella needs to be replaced - both were either broken or in poor condition
- although nicely equipped, the kitchen was missing some basic stuff I've had with other vacation rentals. ie - coffee filters, salt & pepper and at least 1 roll of paper towels.
- floors could have been cleaner. Appeared not be be mopped, or not mopped well enough prior to our arrival. There was visible film/dirt when we wiped the floors.

The worst waste of money I have ever spent in my whole life!!! Small outdated, smell of mold and musk. Dryer vent was falling off and stained my clothes, the mattress at night when I was sleeping I could feel every spring. The check in lady and one of the laundry exchange ladies were rude and nasty. Only good thing it’s by the beach. Better off staying at a different resort along the beach. I would have rather stayed at the motel 6 across the street!!!! Also had no toilet paper or trash bags or napkins. Email the owners twice never heard anything either time!! It’s a dump

We have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for almost 50 years and this trip was great just like the others. Condo had all we needed with short walk to beach and right next to the pool. Very clean with washer and dryer and big shower. Will book this room again.

Everything was super clean and super easy for check in and check out. The pool is just steps away, and so clean! The Murphy bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway.

This is my goto place to stay in Destin. Quiet gated community, but close to everything - Harborwalk, beach, great restaurants, grocery, et. al. When I'm by myself, I stay in one of the studios. 8115 if its available. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The place - not just the condo, the entire resort - is clean, well-kept, cared-for. The office staff are invariably welcoming and helpful. I could say some things about the golf course, but they'd probably be censored. For a short pitch-and-put course, it's trickier than you might think. One of these days though, I'm going to get it right.I've probably stayed at Sandpiper 20 times by now. Always enjoyed it.

The Condo was super nice and clean. It is small but my husband and I stayed there with our toddlers and it was perfect for us. The fact that it's a walk across the street from the beach was awesome and it's not off the main road so you don't have to cross the very busy streets. There's also a pool right there in the backyard which was awesome. We couldn't have picked a better condo for us to stay at with out kids.

Great Location
Location was perfect, so close to the beach and pool right out the back, and everything you need just a short drive away. The included toys were fun for my son on the beach since it rained the majority of our trip.
