Family vacation

We had a great stay at this property! Plenty of room for all 5 of us with fully stocked kitchen and within walking distance to the beach.

The place was great for our family of 5! Close walk to the beach and beautiful view of the canal. Only negative comment I would say is wish there was a bigger table to eat breakfast and dinners. Not a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. The accommodations were wonderful, the distance/access to the beach was great, and we loved the included umbrella and chairs!

Hostess was very prompt answering emails. Information rearding stay and check out procedures very clear. Was a bit disappointed in what was provided based on other VRBO stays. There were 5 of us but only had 4 bathtowels, a couple of washcoths and 1 hand towel, for a 3 day stay. did not have any kleenex, no extras in kitchen, ie spices, salt,pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, etc.Overall very clean property and easy access to restraunts, shopping, beach.

Great week!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo on the canal! We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the birds, turtles and fish! It was a short walk to the beach and pools. Also the restaurant within the condo complex was a short walk and amazing food and views! We enjoyed our stay in Destin!

Excellent Location and amenities

We loved the location of this property! An easy 4 min walk to one the most lovely sections of beach in Destin. We loved that we could enjoy morning coffee on the outdoor porch overlooking the canal. Our daughter loved seeing all of the turtles, ducks and fish and watching g the heron fish for dinner. Overall one of the best vacation spots we’ve enjoyed.

Fun at the Beach.

The unit is well maintained with comfortable furnishings and easy access to the beach and surrounding community. The owner's were readily available to immediately answer any and all questions as well as being highly responsive to any concern we identified. In short, a highly enjoyable stay and I highly recommend this property for your vacation or spring break getaway.

Amazing stay, great renovated condo

What an amazing stay for our extended family. Condo is great and updates with abundance of sleeping space for the extended family. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking family meals. All appliances are new and great. Kinds enjoyed feeding turtles and fish from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and made our family feel welcome. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Overall pleased.

The location was good with a nice view of the canal and short walk to the beach. 2 heated pools to choose from which was also nice. Condo was good and spacious and clean though the couch looks like it could be replaced. Overall it was good and we were happy with our stay. Golf is nine holes but a pitch and putt so you won’t need your whole set.

Nice Place

Overall nice experience! Condo had everything we needed. The canal was really nice to sit and drink morning coffee by. The pools were clean and nice. Going to April the 2 pools were heated. Beach is walkable but can park car right by it. Beach is amazing, the resort rents chairs and umbrellas for the day. Nice bar right by the beach if you run out of cooler drinks or food. The whole resort is about as secure as it gets.

Fabulous condo and neighbors

We enjoyed our time at 3106 so much. Everything was clean and there was plenty of starter household items to get us going the first evening. It was nice to have access to golf clubs and pickleball. Kids loved feeding the ducks and fish in the canal. So nice to have some games to play too, and the layout was very nice. We would love to stay here again! We have stayed on top floor with covered parking before and the steps in this condo (6 to get to the door) felt like nothing! Neighbors all quiet and friendly. Very safe atmosphere. Loved the beach service too! Thank you!

Perfect 2BR Condo at Sandpiper Cove

We have stayed at other condo within Sandpiper. This by far was the nicest and had the best layout. Kitchen was easy to work in, and had everything we needed. Living room area had a huge comfortable couch that reclined. Bedrooms were large and had beds that worked for us. Each bedroom had a TV. Big TV in living room area. The porch overlooking an inlet had ducks, turtles, fish, and a big Heron everyday. You can drive to the beach in 2 minutes or walk in less than 4 or 5. We used the provided pickleball set on the courts. The condo was extremely clean when we checked in and will come back to this one.

Fun Time, great owners

This location is great for all the things, beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, parks, peirs all the things. The complex that the condo is in is monitored so that helped us feel safe The owners were very responsive to us. They helped us with everything we needed, they went above and beyond for our concerns thruout our stay. The only issue we had no one could have fixed which were the small children in the condo above ours. They were a bit noisy...but we liked the fact that we were on the bottom floor, only a few stairs to take all our stuff up n down. Bed was comfy and the AC works good. Having a place outside to rinse stuff off was convenient. If you plan on washing clothes bring detergent and also air freshener for the bathroom. Maybe buy some toilet paper since the ones the owners provide are super thin and inexpensive (which I understand). Bring your own coffee pods or coffee grounds too. Also bring a cooler if you want to take drinks with you anywhere. Great location overall 👌 would definitely come back and/or recommend to friends

Exceptional stay

First of all, the condo is pristine, comfortable and quiet. It has all you need to cook dinner at home or you can walk to the restaurant in the complex (Lagniappe) which was fabulous! Get there when it opens to avoid standing in the line. The condo is in a great location to get to the beach/water, play the Par 3 golf course or play tennis. The complex is in a great location also, only a 2 min drive to a grocery store, liquor store, and plenty of other dining options. And Lee and Molly went above and beyond helping us in every way possible. Super hosts for sure!!! We would def stay here again! Thank you for everything!!!
