Easy check in/out. Interior was clean, looked as listed online. Had everything we needed for the week. We will be coming back again. Also, access to the beach was great, and David, the beach attendant was solid.

Enjoyable Stay - Just as described

This property is in nice condition and just as described. They do a nice job of staying on top of repairs and the place was clean the walk to the beach is very convenient. We also used the pool quite a bit. Overall, you can feel confident about booking this place.

Great Stay!

Property was beautiful! We had all that we needed and in a great location on a canal. Very short walk to the beach. My only feedback is to ensure outdoor furniture is clean/ wiped down for guest enjoyment.

Spoiled by this spot

Literally the perfect place to stay for the week. I don’t think I can ever go to a public beach again after enjoying the private beach that is offered for this community. The rooms in the house are very spacious and everyone had their own shower which was a great luxury. The common areas of the house were very nice and a great place for the family to hangout. We also loved the back deck - we went out there every morning with our coffee and watched the turtles. If you’re going to Destin, this place is the way to go!!!

Great family getaway!

We arrived to this house for third time in a year. We were a little disappointed that the fridge in the garage was gone and there was no coffee pot in the house! Luckily we brought a second cooler and we ended up buying a coffee pot! This is a great house for family gatherings!

Mothers Summer vacation

This home provided room for everyone to spread out and relax. We had four moms and four children. Everyone had a bedroom. Kids loved the bunk room. The balconies overlooking the lagoon was a great amenity. The children fed the turtles and the moms relaxed. The walk to the beach was short and easy. So much better than being in a high rise condo! The beach service was great. We had two chairs an umbrella set up for our use every day. The kitchen was good enough for our needs. We didn’t do a lot of cooking. But the blender was used only once because it was defective. So maybe need to upgrade some of the kitchen items. We wished the elevator was operational because those stairs were difficult to carry luggage up three flights. As noted by another reviewer, we needed to buy toilet paper. Highly recommend this home for your vacation and we plan to return next year.

Perfect Slice of Destin

We booked this property on a whim about 6 months ahead of time having never been to Destin. It turned out to be perfect. The home was just as advertised, it was a brief walk to the private beach, the community was beautiful and safe, and entertainment was all in close proximity! Highly recommend this property for the price!

Don’t pass this one up!

My family travels to Destin every year, and this was by far the best home and stay that we have had. The description is spot on and the pictures truly reflect the cleanliness of the property. I can’t comment on timeliness of response because we never had to contact the hosts during our stay! We were provided with clear instructions on how to access everything. All of the amenities were top of the line, and the neighborhood is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and felt completely safe and at home. We were sad to go!

Amazing house.

This house was amazing. Very clean. The neighborhood was safe. Short walk to the beach. If I had to say anything , I wish there was a broom so we could sweep . I would also say the decks could be a little more clean. But that is the only thing. We all loved it. We bought a journal and left it. It is nice to read where people are from that stayed. Also some must do when you are there. I hope everyone enjoys reading it.

Loved the house and the location

This property was right in the area we love to spend time in Destin… close to the Harborwalk and lots of restaurants. Short walk to the beach was no problem, even with a 4 year old in tow. Short walk to the pool and had it to ourselves every time we went. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of room for family to spread out, and kids could catch huge bluegill right off the back patio. Only minor con was the cleanliness of the stove area, was fairly messy but wasn’t a factor for us bc we didn’t really cook anything so didn’t bother us at all.

We LOVED this house and beach!

This was a perfect house and locale for a family vacation! The space was perfect for us. So close to the beach. We loved watching the turtles from the back decks on the lagoon. The space and proximity to the beach was perfect for a family with 3 little ones. Nice community pool. We will definitely be back!

Updated home. Property was in good location and home had plenty of space / bedrooms were a great size. Also, easy walk to beach. Guy that set up chairs and tents at beach was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.

the house is gorgeous, very spacious and nicely decorated. the area is great, very close to the gulf , with private beach access and private pool. there are just couple things that can be improved, the cleanliness of the house (floors were not washed from the previous people, sofas were in sand)and the toiletries supply like toilet paper and the trash bags. we would appreciated if they gave us heads up that the toilet paper and trash bags are limited to 1 piece. however, we had a good experience.
