¡Usted y su familia adorarán las vistas del Golfo de México en esta unidad final frente a la playa, vista a través de la espaciosa sala de estar, la suite principal y desde el amplio balcón envolvente! Hay suficiente espacio en esta casa para que todos se relajen. La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable renovados y encimeras de granito, y tiene todo lo que necesitará para pasar el tiempo preparando sus propias creaciones especiales para compartir en las comidas. El cuarto de lavado, completo con un conjunto de lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo, está ubicado cerca de la sala de estar principal.

La suite principal tiene un dormitorio principal, un amplio armario con vestidor y un baño enorme. El dormitorio tiene una cama King y ventanas que se extienden hasta el piso con puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen al balcón frente al golfo. El baño principal cuenta con un tocador doble, bañera de hidromasaje y una gran cabina de ducha con azulejos.
El dormitorio de invitados King es espacioso y tiene una entrada privada al balcón norte, que domina el área de Destin y la Bahía Choctawhatchee. Esta habitación tiene un baño privado con una gran ducha a ras de suelo. Para las familias que viajan con los más peque��os, esta habitación también tiene una elegante cuna. El dormitorio de invitados de la reina y el dormitorio con literas también se encuentran en el lado norte del condominio, cada uno con sus propias entradas privadas al segundo balcón. Very clean! Great use of space that fit our 2 families of 4! Stunning views of the gulf from the huge patio with comfy furniture on it! It is a corner unit, so was great for the sunrise! We could also see the dolpins from the patio! There is a smaller patio on the north side that offers shade and a view of the city. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

The accommodations were excellent. I did not like how the beach service was handled you never new where your chairs were going to be until you ran your fob each morning.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this condo! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!"

The condo was great! We especially loved the large balcony. We would sit out there every morning with coffee and watch the dolphins swims by. Each bedroom was accurate to the description, except the bunk room. The third bed is just a mattress under the bunk. There isn't a lot of room for the mattress in that bunk room either. Not if you want to unpack and live in the room instead of out of your luggage. The unit was nice a clean, had plenty of extra pillows/blankets. There was some beach items(couple of chairs) in the closet that was a great surprise! We left our chairs in the closet as well. The one disappointing rule at the beach is that you can't put up your own umbrellas. You have to use the beach service or go without. The on sit paddle boards were fun and reasonably priced. There is only one beach restaurant/bar within walking distance from the beach side. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies. We had a great family trip and would stay again!

The property was great. Two of the bedrooms had onsuite bathrooms. The water and the beach are beautiful but all of the resorts put out chairs and umbrellas every morning. Some of the properties even put chairs so close to the beach the waves wash up to and even over the bottom of the chairs.

Took family of 6 down for a relaxing stay on the beach. This place was ideal for our family. Excellent facilities, nice pool, good people all around. The condo was well laid out and the beach side balcony was spacious. We spent most sunrises on the balcony and many sunsets walking the beach. Recommend the owner replace the blender as it was leaking when we made smoothies or margaritas. That was the worst part of the entire experience, so obviously very little to complain about. We plan to return!

Beautiful condo with great location and views. Well furnished in terms of kitchen needs, balcony and living room seating, comfortable beds and cleaning/paper products. This is one of the best places we've stayed on the Gulf Coast.

We had a great time in this unit. It is well decorated, with comfy beds, and great amenities like big TVs and Wi-Fi. We even enjoyed some of the board games that were already in the unit. The resort is perfectly located in the middle of Destin, and easy to get in and out of. The only drawbacks are that the complex doesn’t offer much in the way of extra amenities, such as a place to work out, or things like basketball or other sports (just tennis). Also, our unit, and I think most others, have a specific kind of Trane thermostat that was very difficult to control. I can usually figure out how to program any thermostat, but this one kept changing temperatures or reverting to a different program at random times. Also, the unit above us seemed to be moving heavy furniture at all hours of the day and night. But, there’s not much you can do about that. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location. There was an issue with the bunk bed. When we arrived in the unit, my son was getting ready to put his things away....when he sat on the bottom bunk, the top bunk collapsed on him. No one even sat on the top bunk. I contacted the property management right away and was told that the bed would either be repaired or replaced. Neither was done and I still haven’t heard anything back from the property management. We checked in on Saturday and checked out on Wednesday. I was asked by management if we would just sleep with the mattress on the floor. I called back Sunday to check the status.... I was told that since it was Sunday nothing could be done until Monday. Never heard anything back. Check out date came and still nothing. Then on Friday I received an email saying that My credit card would be charged for the damage. I never even got a chance to use the bed.

Would stay here again. Keys were a problem working the lock and the grills need to be maintained better but those were just things you might want to consider updating. We had a wonderful time and the balcony and view were amazing! Condo was very nice

Great location. Wrapping balcony gave the best view. We did not feel like we overcrowded the balcony when we were all on it. Balcony furniture was amazingly comfortable. Very spacious condo! Beach was gorgeous and perfect weather for first week in October.
